The breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I loved the mirrors in the room, I like to see how my clothes look after I’m dressed and that helped.

My room had an issue with the sink backing up and not working properly, I called and asked for help but no one came. There was construction work happening due to the remodel so I understand but it should never affect your guests. The dust was aggravating

The location was great and the room was very very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. The front desk staff was also very professional and friendly. It was a nice place to stay.

I do not like being told to write. In particular to be prompted to write two or three sentences about what I didn’t like. I do not like this part of the survey. HA!

Very clean and staff was very nice. We called regarding a stay at a “less the safe” place we were booked at by a friend. Explained our situation and they welcomed us right away. (Had a child with us)

They were doing construction in the main area, we were alittle nervous at first, we didn’t know if the Hotel was dirty or not. It was not. The rooms were freshly redone, very nice. The breakfast-eating area was very clean and nice. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

Absolutely loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Suite with separate room was excellent!

Would have liked "cooked" grits as opposed to instant packets and more than one breakfast meat option.

The rooms A/C was a little difficult and noisy but nothing to complain about.The bathroom could use some ventilation,gets HOT in there after a shower.

The price for a pet. I think it's high I think the pet fee should be waived if the room is not any different. Especially for 1 night stays.

location convenient to interstate. rooms have been renovated, tasteful furnishings & decor. Hot breakfast was delicious, dining room renovated with new furniture

Advertise your pet friendly after arriving your told their is a$50 pet fee and the room smells like the last person left a dog.
