The location and the room. The instant breakfast choices and breakfast hours.

When I reported that the AC unit was not working, there was no one available to come and fix it. I had to call again to check to see if someone was available and still, it was not. I was offered to move to another room, which was good but I was not ready to pack up everything to do that, but I did because the room got uncomfortable to stay in.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than I would have expected. We were only stopping through for one night on a road trip, so it was exactly what we needed.

There was some difficulty at check-in, because we had a dog with us. The person working the front desk recommended calling ahead since not all rooms are pet friendly. I sent a message through Booking the day before, but apparently it did not reach them. It all worked out fine, but it could have been smoother if the hotel had known about our dog ahead of check-in.

The man at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, so was the man running the breakfast the next morning! The room was nice and clean, no overpowering "perfume " smells, just clean and fresh! Great little restaurant next door, fabulous margaritas and food, we will stay here again!

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good there were plenty of options.

The walls seemed a little thin. That made it kinda noisy. Other than that, it was good

We loved the suite. Lots of room to relax, eat dinner, watch television. Would definitely stay here again.

We had said we were travelling with our fur baby when we booked. Not sure about the hotel rules for pets on the 4th floor. Should have been advised before booking.

Being Handicapped the beds were too high for my wife. chairs were slightly too low

see above everything else was great. we especially liked the breakfast. Best we ever had. at motel or hotel.

The front desk person was exceptional. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the person at the breakfast station was great and so kind!

Room smelled clean EVERYDAY! around food areas and close to work site. I always choose this hotel when I'm booking the area. I will recommend it always

My door stuck when trying to enter but other than that GREAT ESTABLISHMENT

very nice room. room was clean and the shampoo/body products supplied were very nice. staff was friendly and was available to answer questions.

wish our room could have been on the 1st floor as we had a service animal but the room provided met our needs.
