Clean and comfortable

The staff on check in was rude and arrogant. We came in late. Came down to get coffee there was no sugar so we looked below in the cabinet to get more. The desk clerk on duty got loud and scolded us for getting more sugar saying she would get some. Which of course she never did. It was shift change the incoming clerk shut the lights off while we are making up our coffee. As we past her we said good night she looked right at us and never even acknowledged us. For $200 I think at best staff would be nice and or at least make an effort. Too bad it’s a nice place but I won’t stay there again.

The suite was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well stocked for my coffee needs in the morning. The front desk staff were fantastic.

The breakfast area was not kept very well stocked with fresh items as they were depleted. I normally tip the staff providing breakfast because they are so attentive. This staff was not. No plates, no utensils. Had you ask for them from the desk staff no kitchen people to ask. Bread was there but toaster was not working. Not impressed with breakfast. Coffee was good though!

The location was great and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about area. Bed was really comfortable.

This was my fault for not indicating a property without pets. The facility smelled like a pet and I hair on carpet. Last thing is the trash wasn’t removed from room, I didn’t say anything because I don’t like complaining unless it’s something major.

We like the location and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice that you offered a fresh apple in the lobby.

The refrigerator did not work in our suite and there were coffee grounds in the coffee. Staff somewhat friendly. Did not like having a $25 dollar pre-charge for "just-in-case" we purchased something from the vending machine.

The room was very spacey with a nice kitchnette.

The location was in an isolated location. There were no good restaurants near it. The breakfast offered was not to my liking. The TV was difficult to operate. Pets were allowed which wasn't clear on Booking.com. I left early.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel is relatively new.

There was a large stain on the carpet in the room and there isn't much in this area. The whole town shuts down pretty early.
