Beautiful wooded setting, nice pool area,close parking, location right next to beaches excellent. Good room rate 141 total

Construction was noisy at times, toilets need to be replaced with taller models as they are way too low for any age person but especially us older folks. Breakfast could be improved for better quality hot egg and meat items. More gluten free options are needed these days. Oatmeal and waffles were very good !

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and exceptional pool area that stays open until 10p, continental beakfast was very nice - lots of choices, loved the parking garage (although hated paying $10 for it) loved four pillows per bed.

The $50 no exceptions incidental charge. Hated Room 326's bathroom toilet (seat) was literally 13" off the ground - for taller in height individuals that's a long way down to sit. Hated the shower grab bar was on the side of the shower head as opposed to the entrance of the tub, very slippery getting into tub. Hated the shower head was at the height of the back of my neck - why isn't over head shower heads a thing for a hotel charging top dollar rates? Hated the bathroom sink wasn't located in the bathroom, hated there is no place to place/lay you clean clothes except on the floor in the bathroom. Disappointed there is no seating available on the room's balconey.

Conveniently located

One clothes dryer didn’t work as did the dispense detergent machine. I left clothes in my closet and contacted staff on three occasions on whether they found them. It took hours to get feedback. Their reply was housekeeping didnt get back with them and another reply was the staff at the desk has been so busy. Plus I am concerned that housekeeping didn’t report back or report items found immediately. Why? Furthermore at the poolside on weekends during the day the DJays music was so loud. Why? There was no accountability for his display of mannerisms.

It was a good price for everything it has to offer and close to the beach. The pool area was nice and clean, they have towels and pool noodles for guests to use freely. Me and my son also enjoyed the oversized chess and connect 4. The sound of the lagoons and fountains next to the pool and games was relaxing. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. They have good selection for snacks and beverages for purchase, including alcohol although I did not purchase any, I still looked at what was available and it seemed like a good selection.

They were undergoing construction while we were there so the view from our balcony wasn’t the best but that’s to be expected while they make renovations so it’s not a big deal to me. The parking area was small but that could also be due to the construction, but I’m not 100% on that.

The park is right next to the hotel which is a plus if you hve kids and the 5min walking distance to beach. Everything was clean and our view was good. The breakfast was good also, and had a big table to accommodate our large group.

The elevator.! During our stay it shut dwn to one elevator and it was the worst.! Had to wait 15 min. just to get down during checkout. And leaving your room to get on elevator about 2-3 trips before you cld get on/off. But in all fairness they are remodeling so I understand, not their fault but it was annoying.

Great location. I booked a king room on booking.com, and upon arrival, I was told that the room is not available for us due to pets . I paid more than I should have. Don't use booking.com, call! I will call next time. The place is nice, though, even with pets allowed. Very clean.

The staff were awesome, everyone we interacted with was nice. It was perfect as a pet friendly hotel. The boardwalk and park right beside the hotel was perfect. The ac kept our room nice and cold all the time.

Parking situation wasnt very good, but it wasnt a big deal due to everything being walkable.

Great breakfast, close proximity to beach, friendly staff, elevators were fast and always open, God amount of seating for pool area.

Sometimes tricky to find parking if arriving later in evening. On our last night there was loud music coming from outside around 130am .

Great location. Could walk to the beach and shopping. Hotel allows pets so we enjoyed seeing several dogs during our stay and the rates to keep a pet in the room were very reasonable. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Bath towels could have been a little fluffier.

Walking distance to restaurants and stores — would have been helpful to know what was around when we arrived instead of just happening to discover it the day before we left.

We didn’t know about all the construction. Made it really hard to get around. Price break would have been nice since we had to deal with that.
