Was very clean and nice especially for the price. Couldn’t beat it. Just wish all rooms had mini fridge

We ended up getting to town a little latter due to work and traffic. We was coming in for our honeymoon. When I realized we was gonna be later than the time I said I messaged them through the app to let them know what time we would arrive. When we got there it was locked up , which I understand but we called and Rang the door bell for 20 min. Finally called the booking app and they got ahold of them to let us in. Other than that everything was perfect

For the price comparative to other Hilton Head establishments the hotel met our needs very well Location was great The room was very clean Room was larger than we expected and very comfortable The shower had excellent pressure and hot water available all the time Staff very friendly We would definitely stay again

No where to hang our clothes was our only negative

The guy at the desk when I walked in was very nice, and professional. The pool was warm and clean considering it's surrounded by trees. There was coffee in the lobby when we checked out which was nice for the road. We got the deluxe double queen bed and it had a mini fridge and microwave inside.

Nothing, it was great. Cheapest lodging on Hilton head easily by $100

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and even amazing after hours. I'm a little extra, lol.

The only thing I really wanted was the pool to b open. then again. It's still just spring so no biggie. I'll b back in a couple weeks and I hope to get a tan abd take a dip when I return. .

Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The location to the beach was perfect for what we needed. Easy to find and a decent price, especially for 4th of July weekend!

The staff was not very friendly, super confused. Was having trouble checking people in. If they just smiled and said sorry for the wait would have been fine. I'm not sure if the computer was having issues or if housekeeping was backed up.

The property is showing its age and could use a bit of TLC but overall it’s good. The room was a bit musty but clean and fully functional. It was quiet and centrally located with plenty of restaurants nearby. The grounds and pool area are well kept and clean. Reception staff were friendly. It’s a good budget option.

Staff was friendly and gave us some good recommendations for us to save money when visiting beaches. The pool was beautiful and secluded with bushes around it, pool towels were provided, options to relax on a lounger or sit at a table. When we arrived the room smelt freshly cleaned and no sign of critters!

Our check in was at 4pm however due to a staff emergency and they were running a bit behind. We were able to get our room however the next guest had to wait. It would be nice to inform guests beforehand if there is a delay. Although our room smelt clean, it wasn't very clean. The drawers were not clean and the mini fridge still had a piece of celery in it. Towels require more bleach.

The are around hotel was not appealing but property itself is nice Room was not cleaned and no change of towels for the entire 7 days I stayed there . Not even garbage.

Loved the price! Looked like a nice pool.

Asked for a new set of towels none were left in our room…had to go back to the office later in the day and ask again.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. Great location.

The only drawback was one of the ice machines was not working. One small problem I know it will be corrected. It was not a deal breaker.
