When we came to check in at 245 on Saturday the 27th, the 2 women at the front desk one of which said she was a manager, wete rude, snotty, and snooty. She told us that early checkin was 3 so i stood there for 15 minutrs and then she told me Ovwould have to wait until 4. They were both very obnoxious and a horrible eay to stsrt a get away.

Location price quiet clean and affordable, nice amenities and great breakfast

I wanted to love this place it was our second time there but the staff is less than friendly like in no way shape or form Friendly I have traveled the world went to places I did not speak the language and they bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and they barely made anything! Give some customer service classes they probably make more than me it’s not that hard to smile and say hello

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area of Hilton Head Island. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery and beautiful palm trees that added to the relaxing ambiance. The rooms at Palmera Inn and Suites were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. My room featured comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a well-equipped kitchenette, which was a convenient addition for preparing simple meals. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. Another highlight was the variety of amenities offered at Palmera Inn and Suites. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast provided a good selection of options to start the day on a delicious note. In terms of location, Palmera Inn and Suites is conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was easy to explore Hilton Head Island's charms from this central location. Overall, my experience at Palmera Inn and Suites was exceptional. The comfortable accommodations, attentive staff, and prime location make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hilton Head Island. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Everything was great we absolutely loved it. The kitchenette came in handy, the bed was comfortable.

The reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because of the roach we saw running down the hall and escaped into the elevator shaft. The balcony was very small and our view was the other building.

I loved the hot tub! I also loved the location being just minutes from coligny beach. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! My suite was so spacious and I loved the loft suite with the stairs and two bathrooms!

The layout of the room was done thoughtfully. Good lighting, lots of outlets, no-slip showers, a nice little balcony. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection of items and helped start the day off right. You are one of the few hotels with a hot tub and my husband needed that for his back. The staff was nice and helpful.

The doors slam and scared me with how loud they were. Plus you could hear them in your room. I think the elevators need to be checked. On a few occasions, the doors would not open when it got to the floor without pressing the open doors button.

Everything! I could have stayed a few more days! But real life always intrudes. Absolutely loved our loft suite and it's equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The suite is very clean,tastefully done with two full bathrooms..one on each level. The pool area is pretty with everything you need there as well. I really enjoyed our stay here!

Being accosted at the front entrance after check-in by someone trying to sell us time shares or some such thing. We were blindsided by that and didn't need it after traveling all day to get there,we just wanted to get to our room as we were exhausted

The room was exceptional! Everything I could have needed. Rate was appropriate. Good value. We enjoyed the pool area.

Breakfast was the same as you would get at any chain hotel. Difference being, what they could have done with the ingredients. Brown and serve sausage was just that, but not browned. Eggs were the same reconstituted eggs I've had at several free hotel breakfasts, but bland. Coffee was watered down. Potatoes seemed to come from a frozen bag and barely warmed in the chafing dish. Overall, I don't think I paid extra for the breakfast, so probably have no room for complaint. We found a local spot and got a great coffee following breakfast.

I like that it was very clean. It was close to the restaurant we had reservations with. There was a television downstairs as well as upstairs.The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a restroom upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen had all the necessary plates, pots, cups, and utensils, so you did not have to bring your own.

I wish breakfast had a choice of meat. There were only biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, and cereal. Only one elevator worked, and you had to walk all the way down the end of the hallway. The ice machine was on the first floor and we stayed on the third floor.

Check in was easy with a friendly staff member. The lobby and breakfast area has a great beach decor. The room was very spacious and seemed to be recently updated. The room decor added to the Hilton Head beach feel. The room was clean and the bathroom has a nice walk in shower. The couch pulled out to a very comfortable bed providing an extra sleeping area for our large family. The kitchen area has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and glass stove top. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of hot and cold options.

The elevator smelled like smoke and the hallway was a bit noisy. Our balcony view was of the back great area of another property.
