Access to the beach was fantastic! The swimming pool and deck were very nice and convenient, especially when the lifeguards on the beach were restricting water activities due to the presence of sharks. The room and view were acceptable, overall. The resort location was perfectly settled away from much of the islands hustle and bustle while still providing plenty of amenity access.

I do have a couple of complaints: 1. The bedding was worn out. The down in the comforters was nothing more than degraded little beads which almost looked like mold when looking at the comforter with it backlit. 2. The air conditioning filter and bathroom vent were each pretty dirty and matted with clumps of dust/lint.

All the extra charges that aren't disclosed when booking room. As if a beachfront ocean view isn't expensive enough, then all the extra charges for things like self parking, sorry parking should be free. Resort fee???? Also, I'm already paying to stay at your resort. Why an additional fee???? $5 for a cup of coffee???? Really???? The neighbors were smoking pot on their balcony and the wind made it waft down into our room. Then, at checkout, the desk clerk didn't give me the correct bill, refused to get a manager upon request. Really put a dark cloud at the close of an otherwise good trip.

The room was very nice and clean. We loved the pool and the access to the beach.

All of the added fees--everything was an added cost, which was a little frustrating. Also, we tried multiple times to order room service, but had trouble getting hold of anyone. When we finally did, they were very rude.

We loved the view of our room, along with the size of our room. The outdoor pool was nice and clean, and we GREATLY appreciated having towels from the hotel that we could use on the beach and at the pool. Also to note, that EVERY SINGLE staff member was EXCEPTIONALLY kind! That was the main thing that stood out for us. Devin (breakfast server) always made it a point to speak to us and connect with my daughter, as well as the bellman, striking conversation as we waited for our car.

We think that the elevators could use some improving. The food at Blue was amazing and the fruit was delicious - but the rest of the food was average, giving the prices.

OMG A SNAKE was strangling a RAT RIGHT AT THE POOL.. I'M STILL ITCHING. BEST RESORT BUT THEY UPSET A LOT OF PEOPLE. PUT DOWN EXTRA 'SNAKE AWAY and rat rodent traps. That was extremely u frightening. But otherwise the resort is great beautiful wise, but food is also bland.. even salad dressing and bkft buffet. Many guest including myself rdered Door Dash and went out to eat. Last I booked via booking.com they tell you the full price your paying. I was over charged for self-parking.. if I'm parking my car went pay a daily rate plus tax. Took my concern to Management bc I had a budget and expected to pay exactly what they allowed via the t 3rd party partnership. Pay attention to your bill!

This place was amazing! Our family had a great time while we were there. The staff was so friendly, the beach was clean with beautiful white sand and clear water, the pool was big enough to accommodate all the people and didn't seem crowded, the food was delicious in all the restaurants. The beds were comfortable, we had a great view of the ocean. The balconies were large enough to fit four people comfortably. We would definitely go back!

They had three elevators and they were slow. The outdoor bathrooms needed a good cleaning.

The hotel & grounds are beautiful & well kept. The pools are big and pretty as well. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and staff helpful and friendly

One elevator of 3 was broken the entire time, one only worked about every other time (the doors would open & close but not nice) so the entire property had one reliable elevator working. Very frustrating that you had to build in an extra 15 minutes just to get an elevator. Of course if you’re healthy they have stairs but being on the 8th floor & having bad arthritis that wasn’t an option.

The room was clean and maintained. No broken or damaged fixtures, all appliances functional, plenty of towels/shampoo/conditioner/lotion etc - bed was cozy and clean, plenty of storage space. The area around the property is absolutely serene and beautiful.

The room we were put in wasn't the room I paid for in the booking. I chose a higher priced room to have a full beach/ocean front view but the room I got was on the side and the view to my right was a wall and the edge of someone else's balcony. While it was extremely frustrating to not get what I paid for, our trip was a short one and I chose not to make a big deal out if it and set a negative tone for our stay., If someone chooses a higher tier booking based on certain criteria, you should at a minimum ask them if they'd accept something other than what is presented in the booking process. Wasn't a deal breaker for me but for some it will be.
