The property was very nice. It was clean and in a very convenient location. We loved being close to the Coligny plaza and also very close to the beach!

The entire reason I picked this resort to stay at instead of one of the beachfront locations was because the pool with the lazy river and especially the splash pad and kid pool area. I have a 1 year old that had never been to the beach so I wanted to have the splash pad in case she hated the beach. Well, the splash pad was broken the ENTIRE time of our stay, the whole 6 days. I understand things happen but this was just extremely frustrating given it was the whole reason we stayed here…

Everything was provided that we needed, and the location to the pool area was wonderful. The condo was very roomy, and spacious. The close proximity to Coligny and the surrounding food and shopping, was definitely a plus.

The internet was slower than desired. Also, there needs to be a pool monitor, or cameras. There were several kids jumping into the lazy river, that almost hit other kids, and adults just trying to float and relax. There were also kids in the pool/lazy river area with those torpedo water guns, trying to hit their own family members, but were hitting innocent vacationers also. Otherwise, the trip was wonderful.

The property location was perfect for our stay. Close to local attractions, walking distance to the beach, the resort offered daily activities for the guest. The staff was extremely hospitable. The rooms had all of your basic necessities included. The room was modern and beautiful. The pool area is great and large enough to where you have plenty of room to enjoy yourself.

Parking was a bit challenging, seems like a larger parking area is needed. The sofa and the bed pillow cases had spray suntan all over them. The walkways near the rooms could use a good pressure washing.

Everything was excellent! Great stay!

Internet was very slow. An increase in internet speed would be helpful. There was a small leak in the shower stall faucet and the toilet needs to be looked at. The toilet tank refill appears to need attention. These two bathroom items are very minor and just need a quick repair.

Checking in was an ease and the staff was really helpful and explained everything that we needed to know during our stay.I really liked the size of our accommodations everything was really nice. I like the ease of getting to our room without having to use the stairs. The pool area was really nice and the pool bar was a big plus. I will give our stay 9/10.

It would be great if you had a few more handicap parking spots.

The unit we stayed in was brand new! It was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The resort had MANY activities to choose from and was a short distance to restaurants, the grocery store, and most importantly…the beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay here every visit if we could!

Paper thin walls. Could hear the unit next to us talking and they were not talking that loud. There was also running in the unit above us for most of the day. If I can tell my child to be mindful of those below us, I feel like others should do the same.

I loved the condo. It was great considering we had a large group of people. Kenneth at the pool bar was amazing!

Shuttle service was great except one driver we had was rude and acted bothered that we requested a ride. We decided to walk after his attitude. All other drivers were great. Sad how one person can put a bad taste in your mouth.

The location was perfect, near the beach and stores. The kids really loved the free golf cart rides to the beach. The pool was lovely and very relaxing. Lovely place - will definitely stay again.

Each condo gets two parking spots. One in front of the building and another a bit further away. We had two condo's so we had two parking spots in front of the building, and two further away. In the afternoons we could not find any parking in front of our building and had to go park at the front entrance. Which was annoying, but do able. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn't take any action or show empathy. That was a little bit more disappointing. But that was really the only bad thing - otherwise the place was awesome.

The resort was above any expectations were had. The staff were amazing, and very engaged to make our stay awesome. Daily activities, and ideas were super helpful. The pool had plenty of sunny and shaded areas, fun for kids, as well as a hot tub

We were there only for a few days… I wish we booked an entire week

It's not on the beach but it's a short bike ride to the beach. We love being near Coligny and all the stuff that it has to offer. I also love the pool at Coral Sands.

The pool water was way too warm. I don't know if they're heating it but if you are please stop in the middle of the summer. If you're not heating it then I guess it's just the heat of the Sun and there's nothing you can do about it. Our pool back home here in South Carolina doesn't get that warm so if you like maybe they're heating it to some degree.
