Loved all the accommodations they had at the hotel. Pool, bike rentals, breakfast to help the mornings with littles and coffee at all times. We got a fully renovated room. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Beach is just a short walk away on a pedestrian path. We almost changed hotels because of the reviews that have been left about the construction but I’m so glad we decided to stay at this hotel.

Even with the construction, this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The only complaint I may have is our balcony can’t even fit a chair but it didn’t bother us too much. Very accommodating especially if you have kids!

The hotel is across the street from other hotels and beach access. The hotel is being renovated and plans to become a Hilton property. The room we had was renovated and had nice new paint and decor. However, several things needed to be touched up and repaired. It was like no one did quality control after the renovation. If these things were touched up, it would be really nice. I think when all is finished, it will be very good.

The lobby was all torn up and being renovated. This information was not communicated on Booking.com. For the price we paid, we would have expected everything to be complete. The breakfast was ok, but not great. The pool is quite small and unattractive. The pictures of it are quite misleading. The room itself could use more lamps/lights.

the first room we stayed in was good, except a neighboring room had a super loud alarm so we asked for a room change. The receptionist was super helpful and moved us to another room, which was great!

there was nothing that we didn't like... we only were there for two nights so we didn't have the chance to look at the facilities or have meals at the hotel. what we experienced was all good though

The room was so Great. It was very hard to get out of the bed. They had breakfast was with real plates. A great spread for breakfast with anything you wanted, a bar and walking distant to the beach. Bike rentals at the Hotel

The only thing I didnt like was, they didnt have a option for water with your breakfast. They offer coffee only... You can get water but you will have to get it from the lobby fountain. Thats the only complaint I have

Pathway/lighting down the walkways to the beach were NOT well lit, almost creepy

They have made it a double tree by Hilton from the Ascend property, now they charge $16/per person for breakfast buffet that used to be included with same items . And now have doubled the rates . Very disappointing. Won’t be staying here anymore. You’ve out priced a 3 night stay from $400 to $800 now . So sad that this has happened . Was a great location for our family

The best part of the stay was the hotel walking distant to the beach! Easy access to all types of eatery & shoppes.

We were under the impression; the room actually had a balcony. But it didn't They were also doing renovation which wasn't posted on the site. I guess the receptionists having a bad day. weren't very pleasant. Unless we just didn't know how to operate the coffee dispenser in our room, didn't work & no help offered to assist, even after we told them it didn't work. no exercise room, used the beach for our workout.

The location is terrific, right across the street from the beach access. They have a wonderful breakfast that I wish I had at home. Very nicely done. The staff was friendly. The management was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. They have the strongest shower with plenty of hot water that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel was recently renovated with fresh paint and new carpet.

The hotel seemed renovated but it wasn't the best quality. Seemed like it was done in a very big rush. Overall the room was not bad. Beds were comfortable.

There is not enough parking and if you come late you have to park by some other hotel down the street. The renovation is not of the best quality and the night rate is overpriced for the quality.

The location was wonderful. Only a few blocks to all the stores and restaurants in the center of the island. Breakfast was good and plentiful of all types of food. The pool was not as big as I had expenced but it was a nice retreat from the beach. The rooms were clean and looked freshly renovated. The bathroom was beautiful. Our patio overlooked the AC units and could have been cleaned up a little as the roof was dirty and debris covered. I would recommend this hotel to friends. (P.S. The lobby needs an air freshener, badly. The upstairs did not have the same smell as the lobby.) The staff was friendly and helpful finding adventures on the island.

I missed the view of the beaches. However; I understand that hotels cant be taller than the tallest tree on the island.
