The staff gave us a room overlooking the bike racks because they knew we were renting bikes for our stay. That was very thoughtful. I really liked the small sand area out front for kids. We did not have kids with us this time but we have kids and thought that was a great idea.

None of the ice machines worked. We had some issues with our key cards not working after our first day stay and there were a couple of doors where the key cards did not work to open them when it should have. It was malfunctioning.

We loved it here. A simple clean affordable hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We loved talking with the ladies at the front desk! They were so friendly and amazing! I wish I could remember their names but I will definitely get them we visit again next year! The pool was amazing and so clean as well! It was perfect for a night swim after being at the beach all day! Thank you for taking care of our family! We will definitely be back!

Know what you are booking ahead of time. It’s annoying seeing people calling out the hotel for not being a 5 star luxury suite. This hotel was exactly as expected and in some cases exceeded the expectations!

Hair in the shower- guess what I picked it up and threw it in the trash! There is dehumidifier in the room- guess what it’s needed and awesome!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Very clean pool around back.

My bed was a little hard, and paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, and water pressure from the shower was weak. Curtains didn't close all the way for some reason

I'm Grateful I could stay in a nice clean place in a great location on the island for this price. I was in a room decorated with a beach theme that was cut n cozy. My bed was comfortable...sheet pillows blanket we all good.I felt safe.it was all I needed.. The lady at the front desk was very kind.

It's an older hotel and as good as can be the upkeep is very nice. People complain about the dehumidifiers,well the old school AC systems didn't have them,so it's nice they provided those.

Location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though we will right next to miniature golf course there was very little noise. We enjoy a little time by the pool.

The location was perfect for visiting several different beaches and for dining. Pool was huge. They also had pool noodles and other toys for the kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pool side lounge chairs were ripped and old couldn't lay out.

I liked it, it's alot cheaper than most around there and the queen suite is super spacious for me, my husband, and 2 teenagers (boy/girl)

Location was very close to the beach, food and had a mini golf course on site. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The AC was very cold.

The AM staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. My boyfriend and I are an interracial couple and she was very rude to him during both interactions on check in day and check out day. I was told by the PM staff that the woman was a manager. The PM staff however was very sweet and helpful.

The pool and the room was lovely

The front desk told us the pool closed at 11pm. We gone out, and as soon as the kids got in the pool. Staff said the pool was closed, and they have gotten a lot of calls saying they were too loud. That was a lie because we just got out to the pool no time for calls.
