Older property but completely renovated and in beautiful condition. Best summer prices for a property in Hilton Head. No breakfast BUT … they have free water and snacks in the lobby, when I say snacks I mean GOOD SNACKS muffins and candy bars and peanuts and other things along with fresh coffee and juice in the fridge.

It’s a long way from the beach so you will have to drive to get there. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of stuff directly around this place.

It is a no-frills establishment. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, they had ample fruits, assorted muffins, bars, coffee, etc. for a morning start.

The elevator seemed a little run down - at least the looks. Although it professed to be near some beach, we were unable to access any.

Everything went well. the only thing is there was not and iron in the room I stayed in, but I got one from the front desk without an issue, the breakfast was ok the room should have been a little bigger, the room was clean and nice.

Not enough channels on the tv, the rice was a little much, but I understand it's the summertime

I’ve stayed here on business trips for years, and found this stay particularly nice for the price! I felt the room was neater and cleaner than ever. It’s nice to have an affordable place on HH to stay when on a tight budget and need a clean, quiet place to sleep!

Wish they would re-open the pool.

There was a good selection of breakfast “goodies” danish, doughnuts, granola bars, fruits. Coffee was hot and plentiful. At the front office. No place to sit to eat, took it back to our room.

It was all good for our needs.

Only stayed 1 night, it was perfect for the night. Room was clean and to our surprise they had everything you would need in the room(304).

The pool was not up and running. Property fat from the beach.

King size bed was great. Lighting in room was bright enough. Love the full size fridge with freezer. Room was away from 278 traffic. Staff was very helpful on giving directions on places to go on HHI and Savannah. Lots of hidden stores and restaurants near by within walking distance. For a one day and night stay this was a nice affordable small hotel, that offered early check in. We will be back again to book this hotel.

There was no microwave in room, yet when we booked it says every room has a microwave. The bathtub keep draining out water so no one could take a nice long bath. There was no table to sit and eat,the little office table was were some of us ate. The small love seat couch was not so comfortable. The TV was kinda small and you couldn't angle it anywhere.

Everything, it was clean, well supplied, the generosity was above and beyond; such kindness.

Really clean, well kept and have everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Even had a 3ft fridge that I have not seen anywhere. The beds and sheets are clean with no smell. The bathroom is also very clean and everything works properly with good water pressure & shower head, rarely you'll have this in many hotels. Even had a recliner to make you sit comfortably. Their lobby is well stocked with food that you need- coffee, creamer, sugar, donuts, bananas, oranges, chcolates, candies, muffins & many more.
