Hilton Garden Inn was very nice. The staff was very polite.. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We really enjoyed the stay.. It was a great place for our family.

The only downfall was the trip to the beach and back. The traffic at times was terrible going to the beach.. But it was spring break so we understood.. But Coligny Beach was gorgeous!!!

clean room and fairly quiet

From what I later found out Booking could and should have given a discount. I'll not use your services in the future. I'll contact the hotel or motel directly.

The room size was great, furnishing carpet, etc. very good

It is difficult to get a cab or Uber from this hotel, especially if people come by boat. Not necessarily the hotel‘s fault, although the staff was not that helpful. But folks trying to get from the hotel to boat locations found Uber driver is very opportunistic, especially in requiring double payment to book the night before. We had to be up and out early, you would think they would prefer a booking the night before! This is something we could definitely use the hotels help with next time!

Service was really good.

We did not like the location, it was quite some time to reach the beach. Also there was a hurricane coming and we were trying to enjoy the facilities the hurricane was not supposed to hit till 2 days after we left and the hotel already put all pool equipment up . We had to sit on the ground to enjoy what time we had left. Food was okay, there was nats in the muffin area, was a big turn off and the food has no flavor.

When we checked Wednesday evening, 7/3/24, the gentleman that checked us in at the counter was not friendly at all. we didn't realize until the following morning that he was suppose to give us cards that showed our breakfast was included in our stay. Thankfully the morning staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The ladies at the desk Thursday morning 7/4/24 were AWESOME!!! They acknowledged us as Hilton Honors members and completed the cards needed for our included daily breakfasts.

Room was made very clean when serviced, every second day. We received additional, clean towels whenever we requested them. Clerks at front desk were excellent, especially the nice lady with years of experience in the industry.

Our Keurig machine did not work. Staff replaced it with another, but we couldn't get it to work, either. Fortunately, free coffee was provided in the lobby, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed from some rest and relaxing time after a busy last couple of months. The Hilton did not disappoint. The breakfast was hot and the server she was Amazing. The coffee was good.. Staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. Location was close to shopping and dining

There is no inside pool for cold months.

This property was easily accessible to food, shopping and activities. It was a short 20 mins ride to the island and beach.

The parking at the property can be a bit daunting. The elevator from the garage level seemed to not be working properly all the time. The constant flickering of the lights in the bathroom were concerning as it seems there may be an electrical issue within the building.

It was close to Tanger Outlets and restaurants. It was very close to the bridge to go across to Hilton Head Island. The staff was great especially Tim. The other front desk person was nice too . The bathrooms were clean and the food in the buffet was great . It also was a pet friendly hotel . Many people has their fur babies with them including me with our puppy Bella. Great experience I will come back . Great attention to detail too.

There were small crabs running around in the parking lot and on the walls in the underground parking deck. The pillows were too soft for my husband , but I gelt they were alright z

The bathroom was very clean and so was the room. The hotel is indeed pet friendly and that was a big plus for us. The staff was polite. Beds were comfortable. Love the window shades in the room. I will stay again. I love the location and the ambiance.

There was a bit of noise perhaps from garbage pickup or delivery trucks early in the morning but did not last too long.
