It was beautiful. The entrance was so picturesque .

It was hard to find. It was pricey especially since you had to pay additional parking and resort fee. The New Year’s Eve room was too small. Could have had a bigger room or moved it outside.. The receptionist put my 80 year old mother in the last room in the back. It was way too far for her to walk so we had to move and get a wheelchair. Some common sense from the front check in would have helped to make this a 4star experience

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. It was my first time visiting but I would definitely like to go again. All the staff were lovely, I have nothing to complain about when it comes to the room I had, and the resort itself was beautiful and relaxing.

The only thing I really would complain about, but wasn't too much of a big deal was that when I made the reservation I was unaware that most of the restaurants were closed as it was low season, and I didn't see anyway advertised that that was the case, so it would have been nice to be informed about that. But because I had a short stay there it didn't really impact me.

We chose the Westin to be close to the family we were visiting. The location, overall, was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

For the time of year, winter, the value was poor. The gift/convenience store was exorbitantly overpriced. The restaurant was very expensive and the food was mediocre. They only offered Starbucks coffee, which I believe is terribly bitter. I had to leave the facility just to get a cup of coffee. There was self parking, but not enough spaces. So, I was forced to use valet at $30 a pop.

Really amazing hotel. We arrived late and super stressed from work, this place really allowed us to relax. Even though it was winter, we loved the heated pool and hot tub - facilities were clean. Great access to natural beaches. The bed was AMAZING and the surrounding was super quiet - really fell in love with Hilton Head. This is our new favorite R&R weekend spot!

I didn't like how there was no signage explaining what items were apart of the complimentary breakfast and which items were not. We ended up having to pay and it was ultimately because the hotel was not clear. The breakfast was delicious but would have loved to have known beforehand.

EVERYTHING! The Westin Hilton Head Resort is stunning, both inside and out. Elegant, yet very comfortable. Every single person who is a part of the Westin team was exemplary in their hospitality. They all made us feel welcomed, and special. WES, at reception, was spectacular. What a wonderful hotel ambassador. We will highly recommend your resort to everyone and we will plan another trip ourselves. We spent a week with them and hated to leave.

There is not one thing we did not like.

A beautiful resort with pools, beach , spa and wonderful restaurants. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and an amazing view. The food was really good at all the restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet in the Carolina room. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the harbor. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! The staff were especially courteous and so helpful.

It was very crowded, and at times we couldn’t find a chair at the pools. We did , however, rent the cabana loungers one day.

The breakfast was excellent and was part of my package booked through you. Initially, upon check in, I did not receive a coupon for the two of us for the free breakfast and was told free breakfast was not part of my deal. However I had screenshot my hotel room choice with deal prior to payment online and after showing it to the clerk who referred it to his supervisor, I was issued the coupon for two free breakfasts. So glad I did. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful The food andchoices were delicious...It included a free station where they prepared an omelette with your choice of ingredients. I am sure the cost would have been at least $60 for the two of us. Glad I had the forethought to take the screenshot and was persistent. Thought you would want to know.

Beautiful hotel

Very pretty. The beds were very comfortable. Pretty much every room has at least a small view of the ocean. I got a massage at their spa and while it was overpriced, it was one of the better massages I’ve had. I highly recommend Norma.

The resort is pretty far away from the “must try” restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Everything the resort offered was overpriced. The flies were out of control at their outdoor restaurants (Splash & View 32). There are 3 pools and none of them were adult only. Each pool had an oil layer from sunscreen that coated you upon entry. The resort did not offer much for adult nightlife (bars were not open late and there were no nightclubs).

The room was great with a great oceanfront view. The "indoor/outdoor" pool was amazing. Loved the coffee shop. The beach was clean.

I had asked to not be on the 1st floor days before, and that did not happen. Additionally, the pet policy didn't really make sense. I spoke with Chris Maldonado and he provided additional rules about pets that were not on the website. For example, pets cannot be left alone in the room because of cleaning services and the dog barking. How are guests supposed to enjoy the amenities with the dog?? A compromise could be having a crate required. Or just have a "Pet Inside" door magnet so the service staff knows not to go in.

Super heavenly beds, great deck with a view to the ocean (and also wild lightening show!), fabulous restaurant (indoor one - great fish choices!), the service, the friendly staff, the responsiveness (we moved a table on the deck and a glass broke - they came immediately. I wanted an extra pillow for my injured shoulder -again, immediately!). The great beach trail and amazingly gorgeous surf and shore! It was so great! The wine selection was really wonderful and so reasonable! Truly it was a special stay!!

There was no one to check us in and greet us - so that took a bit (but once at counter, they were very friendly). The pool was sadly too warm - all of them - to be refreshing. I always find places where you have to reserve a spot to lay by the pool slightly off putting - but we didn't really come to do much of that anyway (too hot!).
