This was the first time that I loved absolutely everything about the hotel I stayed in. Beginning with the super fast check in process, the amazing, spacious room with the beautiful view, the three pools, friendly staff, spa services and ending with the food at the restaurant- everything was superb! We would stay only at OMNI Hilton next time we are in Hilton Head. Nowhere else.

Loved everything. I wish I had a tub in my room instead of stand up shower but it is such a little thing compared to the pleasantness of the overall stay that I would not even call it "something I do not like".

The Omni Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head was one of the best hotels I have every stayed at. The staff are exceptional, always attentive to our needs, and an absolute pleasure to be around. The breakfast staff, especially Chili, made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, she always knew which table to put us. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the dinners at HH Prime Steakhouse were fantastic. Oceanfront rooms were great... most comfortable beds we ever slept in, with a mini kitchen and balcony. Live music most of the days we were there was very enjoyable and relaxing. The chefs are friendly and offer top rated delicious meals - better than anywhere on the island. The entire resort made us feel as though we were on a tropical island, and the resort is absolutely great! The free shuttle service was great...and it took us to Shelter cove shops and restaurants. The driver Clint was so socialable and fun. We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to leave and the staff hugged us before we departing. Best hotel resort by far. A+ rating. Will definitely go back again!

We only had an issue with the overhead fan lights flashing once in a while, but reported it, and front desk said they will take care of it. Otherwise, we did not have any other issues.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The workmanship in the bathroom was pretty poor. I am a licensed contractor in South Carolina. I remodel kitchens and bathroom. The painting, tile work at the base. Grouting was very sloppy looked like a rookie did it. Vanities looked very nice. Kitchen should be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

The room was super huge and had excellent decor! The bathroom was quite updated with 2 sinks. The view was of the beach. Loved the view!! I also loved that they had a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius of the resort of any shop or restaurant you wanted to go to - that was included. Very accommodating staff and housekeeping did check your room daily. Also, the resort wasn't overcrowded which I did like.

I didn't like the price. I understand that I went in July during the peak season to Hilton Head, but it was quite expensive! Also, there was no free breakfast included, or any meals attached to your stay.

Loved our stay at the Omni Hilton Head Resort. It was very clean and well kept. Loved the pools. Loved that it was on the ocean. Loved the fire pits in the evening. Loved the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Staff were always friendly - especially all the breakfast restaurant staff: they were so great! Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Definitely want to come back!!

Loved that the room had two bathroom sinks, including one outside the bathroom. But a little tight when other family members trying to get in and out of bathroom - but definitely not a deal breaker. Especially because the two sinks were very helpful with getting ready.

The property was clean and had everything we wanted. We loved the adult pool and the beach bar next to the pools. It was so easy to access the beach from the property. We rented bikes and could ride through the neighborhood.

The only thing we wish we knew ahead for time was the reservations for any of the beach chairs and umbrellas. One day we had no problem accessing and renting the beach chairs/umbrellas and then the next day they said we had to reserve them ahead of time and were sold out for next several days already.

We loved the proximity to everything!

Unfortunately we had a mishap while opening the pull-out couch, as the sheet was stuck inside the couch. When my son went to retrieve it, the bed collapsed on him causing his finger to be trapped between the bed and the metal. We are headed today for xrays and feel lucky as it could have been much worse. My recommendation would be to have guests put the sheets on themselves in the future to avoid anything like this from happening.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. As expected it was well maintained, manicured and clean with all the luxuries we could want. We felt very comfortable and pampered.

Two very minor concerns… the bartender in XO was difficult to communicate with and quite timid. All other servers were fantastic. Also, when we were asked if everything was ok with our room, I said I didn’t like the bed pillows. The resort offered to bring me other pillows and I agreed. The pillows never came.

Breakfast choices excellent. Had to report an employee twice for poor customer service.Management response was good. Restauuant on site was nice but expensive. Too expensive to share space with families and young children. Only ate three once.

Needed: Safety bat in tub area would be nice. Separate space for young children in restaurant. More choices in on site store. Never have voice mail pick up for room service

I had an exceptional time here! The beach is quiet and super accessible. You can rent umbrellas on the beach. The resort really has everything, but Whole Foods is 7 minutes away. The room I had was great and had a kitchenette and microwave, so you have the option of going to the grocery store or eating at the resort, which is good if you want healthier options. They have an adult pool, which I liked, and the beach was absolutely amazing. Bathrooms by the pool and beach were super well maintained. I heard a manager walking around and calling out everything that was out of order on a radio. They are so on top of it! This resort has everything! Bikes, activities, things to purchase, great beach walks and paths, tennis courts and beyond. Last but not least, it is great for EVERYONE! Solo travel, business travel, couples and kids.

Carpets could have been vacuumed a bit more thoroughly, but the room overall was very clean. Fitness center could be bigger but not a lot of people workout.
