Palmera Inn and Suites has a great location, convenient to the beaches and other attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotlessly clean end very comfortable. We enjoyed having a full kitchen even though we did not cook our meals. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.

The only thing that came as an unpleasant surprise was the pet fee of $90. it is not mentioned on the Booking site; what we saw was that it is a pet-friendly hotel and there may be a fee. Ths is misrepresentation. You should correct that and mention the specific fees that are collected at the property. They are cliearly indicated on the propoerty's website.

When we came to check in at 245 on Saturday the 27th, the 2 women at the front desk one of which said she was a manager, wete rude, snotty, and snooty. She told us that early checkin was 3 so i stood there for 15 minutrs and then she told me Ovwould have to wait until 4. They were both very obnoxious and a horrible eay to stsrt a get away.

Location price quiet clean and affordable, nice amenities and great breakfast

I wanted to love this place it was our second time there but the staff is less than friendly like in no way shape or form Friendly I have traveled the world went to places I did not speak the language and they bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and they barely made anything! Give some customer service classes they probably make more than me it’s not that hard to smile and say hello

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area of Hilton Head Island. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery and beautiful palm trees that added to the relaxing ambiance. The rooms at Palmera Inn and Suites were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. My room featured comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a well-equipped kitchenette, which was a convenient addition for preparing simple meals. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. Another highlight was the variety of amenities offered at Palmera Inn and Suites. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast provided a good selection of options to start the day on a delicious note. In terms of location, Palmera Inn and Suites is conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was easy to explore Hilton Head Island's charms from this central location. Overall, my experience at Palmera Inn and Suites was exceptional. The comfortable accommodations, attentive staff, and prime location make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hilton Head Island. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Good location

Front desk staff made no eye contact, generally rude people with poor skills. Also it appeared that employees local friends, many dirty and obnoxious were using the pool area ment for customers.

Everything was great we absolutely loved it. The kitchenette came in handy, the bed was comfortable.

The reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because of the roach we saw running down the hall and escaped into the elevator shaft. The balcony was very small and our view was the other building.

I loved the hot tub! I also loved the location being just minutes from coligny beach. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! My suite was so spacious and I loved the loft suite with the stairs and two bathrooms!

front desk staff difficult to understand and just OKAY with customer service

Check in was smooth and friendly. Our room was a loft. No nightstand on my side of bed because of space but the bed was comfortable. Stairs to the loft were squeaky. The room was large and comfortable. Appreciated the two bathrooms. The balcony was a joke. Two chairs facing each other. The pool area was small but nice. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed five nights, and they changed the entrees up each morning. I was happy to give the lady taking care of everything a daily tip. It wasn't a beach location, but it was secluded and provided easy access to all roads around the island and connections to Charleston and Savannah.

The morning we were leaving I asked the front desk for a late check out because my wife had made a tour reservation that ended at noon. We were hoping to come back and change for our flight home. We were told the request needed to be submitted the day before and we would have to now pay $100 for a day use pass. No thanks.

The layout of the room was done thoughtfully. Good lighting, lots of outlets, no-slip showers, a nice little balcony. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection of items and helped start the day off right. You are one of the few hotels with a hot tub and my husband needed that for his back. The staff was nice and helpful.

The doors slam and scared me with how loud they were. Plus you could hear them in your room. I think the elevators need to be checked. On a few occasions, the doors would not open when it got to the floor without pressing the open doors button.
