The oceanfront view was perfect from the 10th floor.

No water pressure, tv in the kitchen/living room area did not work, there are no real blankets just a very light cover, the kitchen/living room was crowded, the pull out couch was outdated and dirty, no broom, the ice machine on the 10th floor where our suite was did not work. The carpets leading to the room were disgusting 🫣..parking garage is a mess only 1 way in/out 😑 😳 and not enough room to pass/maneuver, so if a car is coming you have to back up and hope there is someplace for you to move over into.

My family and I Loved the stay had many options for entertainment such as a arcade,pool, and got the opportunity to try the jacuzzi and sans for the first time love how close it was to the beach and many other locations

The room was very clean and for the first couple nights, it was really quiet. We were on the 20th floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the room was nice and cold since it was over 100 degrees my entire week there.

The parking is abysmal. It's basically one lane for 6 stories so if someone else is coming down when you are coming up then you have to back most of the way out. Parking lot smells of weed most of the time. It's a very busy place so expect waiting on the elevator and sharing a ride with a lot of people every time you want to go to your room. Also the 3rd through 7th days it was hard getting sleep because the kids above us just ran around their hotel room like little crotch goblins all night.

Great vegetation and upkeep. Staff let us change to a king suite since they accidentally put us in a queen suite with no hassle.

A little outdated in the room as far as appliances go and the parking garage was a little tight and they had the pools closed the whole time for the storm while the hotel next door had theirs open.

All as expected, we have stayed at Beach Colony multiple times. New equipment in the laundry room was excellent, and fairly priced. The facility is well kept and clean. The elevators were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The outside pools, chairs and walkways were kept clean and safe. The garage was well supervised by security staff.

The refrigerator was very small and not properly installed.

Everything was great , the room was clean staff was great!

The only thing I didn't like was being on the 2nd floor the trees blocked the view of the ocean. It was still a beautiful landscape. Everything else was great

very nice staff and environment for all ages . property has a lot of pools that are clean. I really love the hammocks and chairs to lay out on .

the elevators are confusing at first but once you get the hang of which one to you it’s better

Rooms were big and clean loved the pool and partial ocean view. Pools and hammocks outside were great.

The parking lot was too small cars too close to each other

We always love Beach Colony. Stayed many times. Love the location and all the amenities and proximity to everything.

The beds could have been a little more comfy.

What i didn’t like is my $200 deposit fee didn’t return back to card.
