Location, price, staff friendly, breakfast included was pretty good - loved older lady singing in morning 😊

Smallest pool for kids 1 foot was the coldest of all the pools and didn't see the swing set / play area for the little ones as advertised

The parking was the worst I have ever seen. We actually got in to an accident and didn't know.

Breakfast was great. Location was great; ocean front with a beautiful view; short walk to the beach. Very nice especially for a family with children wanting relaxation with less hustle and bustle.

Need blankets in the room for the Murphy beds; asked for a blanket the second night as I did not realize there wasn’t one until late; never received; used beach towels to make a blanket.

Loved the pool and hot tub on the 10th floor, which is where we had our room. Very spacious room and nice balcony view. The free breakfast was pretty good every morning.

It was very inconvenient to not be able to smoke on the balcony. We stayed here before and were able to, but not anymore. It should be posted on their website.

The property was nice. The location was perfect.

The rooms could use some updating. Be more specific about extra charges when arriving.

The pool on the rooftop was heated and also the jacuzzi. Loved the view and set up of hotel.

I saw 2 roaches. Curtains need upgrading.

The lady serving breakfast was very loud and rude people come their on vacation to enjoy themselves should not have to deal with being yelled at and rude comment made acting like people are inconvenience her by coming down from their room to enjoy breakfast

I loved the suite size,location,and amenities. My family and I choose this suite for the multiple pools/hot tubs and location on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by the poolside food and drink options and price. My favorite choices were the peach on the beach and their mango habenaro wings. The third floor has vending and laundry and the lobby served great hot breakfast choices

Lonh wait for Elevators, luggage carriers, and update rooms. Or tub was pretty gross to look at and needed a good resurface and the Murphy bed in our room had a broken headboard.

I have stayed here before. This was my second time, and i loved it both times! I love the pools. The suites are very big and spacious. will definitely return. I love the complimentary pool towels. It's a very nice touch. Ooohhh, and i loved the virtual assistant. I didn't have that last time. Any questions or any needs were met very quickly, so i loved that! Was sad to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you!!! The balcony is also one of my favorite parts of the room, and yall have great balconies!

The cleaning could be better the bathtub was very dirty next time will bring some cleaner with me. The floors didn't feel very clean, but they were manageable. That's my only issue ❤️
