Amazing place to stay!! We had a great time. Our rooms were ready when we came (we were early) the parking was perfect. The gift shop was amazing and the people were so helpful. The restaurant was amazing and the staff were even better! The room was perfect had everything we needed!. The pool area was amazing. Too bad the slide was closed. We will definitely be back earlier in the season when it opens. The area looked really fun.

The rooms smelled a little musty.

They didn’t give me the room I booked. I booked one with a mini kitchen to cook , I got one without it. I didn’t like that bc I paid for one with a kitchen one. I waited 3 hours to get my room, after 4 the “check in time “ 3 hours is crazy I was waiting there 3 hours to get ny room and I they didn’t gave me a room i booked. That part was very nasty. They did me dirty and I try to stay at this hotel almost every time I come to the beach mind you, I travel 6 hours to get there . This never happened before, the reception had to speak with her manager about my room she had me waiting In the lobby for 3 hours my kids were exhausted we all were.

We liked the towel service at the pools, it is very helpful to have to be carrying around towels everywhere. Also, the rooms being stocked with anything we might need (dishsoap, mugs etc)

Our door did not close all the way. It didn’t open from the outside which was good but it was still noticeable. Someone came by to fix it but I am not sure how much was fixed. Also, the bathroom door needed to be pulled upwards in order for it to actually close. In addition to that, I have not received my security deposit reimbursement yet. Other than that everything was very good.

Check-in is at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready until 5:50pm. The lady at the front desk said rooms were not guaranteed to be ready by check in time. So, I got to sit in the car for almost 2 hours with kids just waiting for our room. There was also trash in the hallways that was there our entire stay. For example, a pizza menu was in the middle of the hallway the day we got there. The day we left, it was still there. The hotel management should train staff to pick up around the hotel. That wasn’t the only trash that was there the entire stay. There was a huge palmetto bug in the stairway our entire stay too as well as a straw wrapper in a various hallway, a plastic knife somewhere else, etc. On the upside, our room was nice and clean. The hotel rates are really good, and the location is awesome. The pools were all wonderful and warm. Two out of four hot tubs were not working though. One of the pool staff members was always working hard to keep floats neat and tidy, fixing floats that has been deflated, cleaning the leaves, etc. out of the pools…he was the best employee we saw at the entire hotel. The other pool employees we saw were not near as good. One lady told us we could only have two towels (there were 3 of us) and we would have to take them to our room and dry them and bring them back. What? I stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago and loved our stay there. But, it wasn’t near as busy as it was this time. Nothing was terrible this time, but lots of things were frustrating and could have easily been fixed/better.

We stay here every year for the Christmas holiday. Very affordable & convenient for our family & family members. Close to grocery stores, gas station, and a small essential store (dollar general). Quite. Peaceful. Clean (a few minor exceptions). In room kitchen & cooking essentials. Beautifully decorated for Christmas this year compared to last. Also offered access to dunes resort next door. Arcade & restaurant.

You hear cars in the garage of course cause it’s right in front our room. Only allowing 1 car per family to park in garage. Could improve on cleanliness. Floors need swept & mopped better (sand under furniture & in carpet). Some walls needed deep cleaning near baseboards & commonly touched areas.

Perfect location. Early fall. Lower population.

The master bathroom in this unit was not remodeled well or with thought for space to flow. Too much space was wasted on a huge walk in closet. The bath tub was removed for an oversized shower vs a nice soaking tub. The shower heads were rain versions and not able to be adjusted to a desired pressure or angle. No shelves in the shower either making it so you had to have everything you need sat on the floor. Entering was crammed to get to the toilet space behind the door. Just not the ideal master bath a luxury condo ocean front has typically offered us comfortably. Also only 1 remote operated all 4 tvs. Having kids with gaming systems and streaming devices this was an unnecessary nuisance to work with every day.

Beds were very firm, shower didn’t have a place to put soap/body wash, seen a lot of hair in different places.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortably appointed. First floor

Had to be moved from first room. Safe was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Second room sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain.. had to put toothpaste cap under drain cap. Room across from laundry bins. Construction noise from I think room above very annoying. Had to call desk two days in a row for towels, coffee, trash emptying. Second hot tub in pool area broken, so usually no room to use. Water faucets from beach to pool broken. Lazy river water pretty dirty. Resort view was parking lot of resort next door

Great location on the beach, loved having multiple pool options (Savoy pool was a nice, quieter option). Room was clean and comfortable, nice kitchen was a lifesaver for our week-long stay. Fold down wall bed was amazingly comfortable. We had restricted view suite but it still had a decent side view of the ocean and pool.

Tiered parking got tiresome to drive up and down when going out on day trips. Main level washrooms near shuffleboard area not very clean. Mini putt is hurting. Property is generally dated and could be spruced up (though our room was nicely decorated).

Everything was really nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and took care of small issues quickly.

Water temperature was hard to keep consistent in showers & sinks, and we would often scald ourselves when temp would suddenly change on its own. Doorknobs within the unit were very loose, 1 bedroom door didn't close properly another the door only open if you lifted the handle instead of push it down and 1 of the bathroom doors got accidentally locked and we had to call maintenance to come open it. The lips on the sliding doors (balcony and shower) were both too high and made for a frequent trip hazard and I stubbed my toe more then once.
