I like the area and we had to go next door to a cleaner pool ... I wanted to cancel but the hotel won't agree to give me my money back so I did not clear .

I didn't like that we had to go in and clean the room all over me and my niece , we had to sweep mop and hair was all over the bathroom . Mr Roy talked nice but I would not go back I don't have pictures to share I forget

Angie and Mary addressed any concerns right away and I was very grateful for that. Very nice ladies and willing to help. My family and I loved the location. Literally steps from the beach. When we arrived, shortly after, a rain storm started that blew debris and stuff in the pool that we could see from our balcony. Within a few hrs we looked out and it was cleaned & we enjoyed our pool time. It was about a 13 min. drive down to SkyWheel and the main attractions which wasn’t bad.

The view was amazing! As soon as you walked in the door, it was huge glass windows where you could see the ocean. The bedroom was like this as well. The place was very nice, had all the things we needed and even extras. Cornhole, chairs and toys to use for the beach, tents outside, and the staff was extremely friendly.

The only thing I would say that would even be remotely negative would be the pool needs to be cleaned more often, only because people aren't always respectful of other people's property and leave small trash around the pool.

Absolutely 10/10 recommend this resort! It’s very clean, comfortable & very close to the beach. It has that older school “family beach trip” feel. Your can tell it is an old hotel but everything has been restored & updated! The little balcony has a perfect ocean view. This is absolutely our new little family vacation spot! We are so glad we can across it!

Kids throwing change off the balcony when we first arrived and hit my husband in the head but I called the owners and they immediately arrived and confronted them & they stopped.

I liked the space we stayed in. It gave us all room and privacy. And the access to the beach is very close. Of course we loved the balcony looking out to the ocean.

Very dank smell in the main floor hallway. It definitely needs new carpeting or none at all. In our room it also could use a makeover and in one of the bathrooms the toilet could barely flush.

The location was great. It was not crowded at the beach. Ray and Angie were awesome. Had a little problem with the key pad and they came right up to see the problem. Enjoyed our stay and planning another trip soon.

The pool could have been a little cleaner other than that it was very great stay.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, as well as the courteous staff.

My only complaints would be that the room is a bit smaller than the pictures might have you believe, but it wasn’t so small that I was uncomfortable. Also, there is no complimentary coffee left for the coffee machine, but I can overlook that.

Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. You were directly on the beach and out back was beautiful with the jacuzzi and pool. They also have tons of games and seated areas so you can enjoy times with friends and family. Customer service was also top tier if you needed something Mr. Ray and his front staff is delightful Joy. We will be booking again very soon. If you want to enjoy your vacation book this place you won’t be disappointed.

Loved proximity between the beach and hotel . Staff was extremely kind and polite .

Overall is a great property , minor concerns with bathtub and toilet having sand in them when arriving . Could have been from cleaning and it just was an oversight . Once toilet was flushed the sand no longer was there and once shower was running the sand went down the drain . I shower with shower shoes on any where i go despite how clean or not clean a location is.

The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout our entire stay. The resort was wonderful with all the amenities you could ask for, easy access to the beach, the jacuzzi & the lounge area were fantastic. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. Ray, Angelica & Mary & the entire staff were amazing. We will definitely come again.
