In general, the resort was family friendly and offered a lot of activities for the kids. Access to the beach was wonderful and having 2 marked parking spaces was really nice located right by the elevators.

The first impression was that the resort was not as clean as it could have been. The appearance at the waterpark had towels and trash littering the area. The penthouse needed a deep clean as you could see dirt build up in the corners. The cabinets in the bathroom needed repair and could have used a fresh coat of paint. The towel situation was not ideal. Lastly, the ability to cook was limited due to the lack of cooking utensils and cookware. We rented this with intentions of cooking several dinners but was unable to provide that for our family. If you could address those issues the next family would benefit.

cleanliness one room had roaches, one room couches was dirty real dirty and hardly no supplies in suite.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very clean. I loved that it was all hard floor no carpet. I loved that there was a small washer and dryer. The location was great. We were there for the beach and we stayed at the beach or one of there pools/water parks. It really was a great stay just one very minor inconvenience.

We had 7 in our group. To save money we went grocery shopping and planned on cooking our meals. This was difficult because we only had 1 medium sized pot and a small skillet. There were no baking pans that I could find. This made preparing hot meals there really hard. The kitchen itself was great just nothing to cook out of. Also we didn't realize that since there was a washer and dryer in our unit that we would be responsible for washing the hotel towels and wash clothes. It was no big deal to do I just didn't know until we needed to take shower and nothing to shower with lol. So just a heads up.

The Amenties were amazing! Met up with 2 other families and it was perfect for all of us! We enjoyed all the options for the pools, arcade, and mini golf! Definitely great for families!

1 of the 2 beds in our room squeaked everytime you barely moved! Woke me up alot.

I like the restaurant,beach location and staff.The clean rooms and comfortable beds.Plenty of parking.

The indoor pool was not too clean,they only had 1 jacuzzi working,wasn't able too use due too over crowded

Close walk to the beach. Huge balcony. Clean room. Toddlers loved the shallow pools and water park.

If there was a deep, outdoor pool on the grounds, we couldn't find it. My older kids were a little disappointed at that.

Pools were nice, right by the beach, lots of stuff to do right on the property. Kids had a great time. Restaurants in walking distance. Close enough to the board walk you can drive there but don’t have the crowds.

Its clearly older building so a little run down in places. If you lose your wrist band the policy is to not give you a new one. Good luck if you have a 6 year old getting in and out of the pools and ocean for 6 days straight.

I enjoyed the facility, my kids loved the Waterpark and pools.

I wish I didn't have to go through the front desk to get fresh towels every time we needed them and I wish that if they weren't going to do housekeeping everyday they would at least check in after a day or two to ask if you need a room refresh. Also, the elevators on the villa side were a little wonky sometimes but nothing scary.
