The hotel is very close to the beach .the front desk people also very good.

The beds very uncomfortable for couple. No washer machine no closet , no ironing in the room .

Clean room, great amenities. Close to shopping, and right on the beach. I think it's a nice place for families with children.

It would of been nice to have a microwave in the room. Our room was the basic two queens with a refrigerator and bathroom. No complaints regarding the cleanliness, and it was comfortable. Everyday our trash was emptied and we were given new towels and toilet paper. But If I would of known that there was no microwave I might have picked a different room. It was odd, most hotels at least have a microwave in the rooms, or somewhere in the hotel to use.

Wonderful view of the beach from our beachfront room with balcony. Walked along the beach which was amazing. Their restaurant was mediocre at best. Checked out their breakfast and the French toast looked burnt so we decided to pass. Plenty of breakfast places elsewhere. We didn't use the pools but it seemed like families were using the indoor pools. There is a small lazy river outside. A bit chilly during our stay in March. Went to SC for a change of scenery and cool weather. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is available within the hotel. Good feature. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but we were only staying for 3 nights. N

Location right smack on the beach. Clean room. No bugs or anything like it. Parking is close to your room. Free of charge. Enough spaces available. Several pools and two lazy rivers. Nothing special but ok to cool off. Some pools are on the seventh floor with a great view. There is also an indoor pool. Hot tubs are on floor seven and one is in the indoor area. Rooms have. Fridge and a DVD player with the TV. You can rent some movie DVDs free of charge. Friendly, approachable staff at front desk. We felt welcome. And we would come again.

Atmosphere and food variety at breakfast was mediocre. So we used it only once. And you have to pay it extra.

Location is excellent.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean, however the hot tub and pool were very dirty. The property needs some updating and a very good cleaning.

Lots of water options, close to beach, friendly staff, free movie rentals, room size was spacious, loved the mini kitchens and parking garage on each floor.

We had roaches/bugs in one of our rooms. Although they came and sprayed, we continued to see them everyday we were there (6 days). The manager saw fit to reimburse us for 1 day out of the 6. Also the beds were not comfortable, I had to visit my chiropractor after I got home. Also pools could stay open at least 1 more hour.

The grounds were beautiful. Loved the roof deck pool. Had a super view of the ocean. Jamie at the bar in the Cafe was so accomidating.

Need more signage, ex. Bathroom signs on doors by pool. Signs for laundry location. There were way too many no smoking/vaping signs. If we didn't see people on the roof deck would not have known it existed. Never told about it when checking in. The parking garage is scary. More food options would be great. Some of the employees not very welcoming.

The room was very clean. Could have used a microwave. We were near everything such as the pools, beach. We were able to walk to a very good Italian restaurant. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Melissa who took care of our room was very nice. Check in was very quick. Along with checkout. The parking is very tight, and I scratched my vehicle against the wall while backing in. But I didn't let it ruin my trip. The pools were kept clean every day. They would clean the pools early in the mornings. The hotel provided clean fresh hot towels. I just wish people would put them in the bucket that was provided for dirty towels. People should be more appreciative for the services that are provided. This was my second stay at the hotel and I have really enjoyed myself, both times. Will be back again. Keep up the good work.

Trucks should have designated parking areas. If a truck is not parked correctly, it takes up spaces for a car or SUV to be able to park without it being a tight squeeze. Label the blue buckets where the dirty towels are to be placed.
