Great location, right on the beach and an easy walk or quick ride to attractions. Room size was perfect for our family of 4. Staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay

Kitchen was a tad small, no counter space and no cupboards to put our food since they were already full with items. A pizza cutter would be a great addition to kitchen items. Smoke detector went off every time we used the toaster. AC wouldn't go down past 68° which made the nights sleeping really hot. Pool areas were a bit messy from guest, maybe a pool clean during the day would be nice.

The breakfast was amazing!!

The balcony was not accessible until the day we were leaving and there is a big construction scaffold in the way.

We loved the staff; front desk associates were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food at the Cafe; Mr Tracy is amazing in the kitchen!

The weather! It was raining a lot.

The room was very clean, the view was awesome. Marissa was very friendly and ready to check me in, I told her she had a sweet spirit. we love the parking area, didn't have to go far, it was right in the resort. When I ask for towels they was right on it. And I loved that it was a no smoking resort because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, even though I saw a lady smoking her cigarette in the parking garage.

When I got up the next morning their was water on the floor between the kitchen and sitting area, so I called someone came while we was out but the issue wasn't resolve, because that night the water came back. I guess they have to wait till noone in the room, that night I kept hearing something sound like someone was bouncing a ball on the wall, not sure what it was.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Cold air conditioning.

I was a little surprised to see that there were not many ice machines. They’re spread out multiple floors between them. So I wish there was a nice machine on every floor. And I wish there was a washer and dryer on every floor because when we needed to use it, it was hard to Find it available because so many other people were using it because it’s like every three floors, there is a washer and dryer.

We loved the restaurant food on sight. . Pool areas and lazy river was very nice. Beach access was a very close walk. The staff was very helpful.

Our condo was very outdated with air conditioner that cooled off the living room but not the bedroom. Do not choose the condo we stayed in unless the beds are replaced. The were the worst most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. You'll be very sorry.!

10/10 recommend. Two adults and two children. Total of 3 beds. Beautiful views. Location is central to everything. Beach front. Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Wonderful staff! Only thing I wish is that your room had a broom to deal with the sand. No big deal going and picking up a cheap one though. Our family will definitely be coming back and we definitely will be recommending to family and friends.

This is our 5th time staying at Grande Shores and they continue to be our favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, and the location couldn't be any more perfect. Centralized to anything we want to do but a nice and quiet location away from all the chaos of central Myrtle Beach. Perfect for families or just a couples getaway!

We had a small hiccup of the main tv not working but staff was quick to jump in and get it fixed for us.

The staff was great! The communication and attention was very accurate, the room had plenty of space and when we had an issue they resolve it right away. The pool areas were good.

The first room we received had the balcony closed, but it wasn't informed to us prior to getting the keys... we received a new room the day after, so we had to settle twice basically. Also, they were painting so the walls had signs of wet paint - since I have a son, it was only a matter of time before he got paint on his shirt and arm while trying to get in the room.

Huge room, great view, easily accommodated our family of 6, quiet location. Will definitely visit again.

The lazy river was under maintenance while there, which was very disappointing to the children. There were a lot of other pool options, but they said they were heated, and it didn't feel heated. It wasn't the worst, just a little disappointing when that is what was stated on the website.
