The pool and hot tub’s were my families favorite part of the trip!

Our first room had not been renovated or updated and had outdated furniture in the living room and broken sleeper sofa in the living room. Once I brought this to the front desks attention, they reassigned us to another floor, which was wonderful, and had all of the expected updates.

For a two night stay (a Monday and Tuesday), it was perfect! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice lobby, friendly staff. We stayed on the 6th floor - Room 613. Great view. Clean towels delivered without having to request them. Shower had great water pressure. The beds were SO comfy - I could’ve slept forever! Very nice pools, weren’t too crowded at all, and they’re open 9am-11pm.

We loved just about everything! We loved that there were options for the kids and enough hot tubs that we never had an issue getting in. We loved that there was almost always someone around if we needed something. I’ve never realized how nice it is to have access to a towel hut. Our cleaning lady was very nice.

The only thing that we really didn’t like was that there wasn’t any cook wear in the room besides a cookie sheet, one spatula, and one big spoon. We also didn’t like the sofa bed. It was AWFUL. The mattress way too thin. It would have been even better if the breakfast buffet were included in the stay even if offered as a package when booking.

Beautiful ocean views and great proximity to our favorite attractions and restaurants.

Lack of elevators.

The only issue I has was the beds were advertised as two queen size beds when they are full size beds. I ice machine on our floor didn't work and the drink machine took money but didn't dispense any drink.

Great location, parking was good, and the staff was very professional.

I liked the view of the ocean and the quietness of the hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. Liked that it offered hot tubs but couldn't never use it. Was always filled with people. Walking the beach was the best part of the location.

I didn't like the location. It was not in walking distance of anything which I didn't realize. Our light didn't work so we had to ask for a bulb to be put in which I feel should be part of when you clean the room after each person. There were not very many restaurants near by to walk to.

Love my beach front room. Enjoyed having my coffee watching the ocean every day.

Not having my room cleaned when requested. I was charged for room cleaning and only had 1 day of room cleaning.

When you walk in, it smelt like paradise . The resort had this wonderful smell the whole time we were there.. There where a few problems like a few eyes on the stove didn't work and the master bedroom toilet either, but the staff had maintenance fix it the next day. AND we were a family of 8 with only 2 rolls of toilet paper in a 2 bathroom suite, but luckily the next morning housekeeping gave us one roll. The veiw was so breathtaking and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and the on-site restaurant . MY husband and I enjoyed the bar ..The staff were super attentive. We will definitely book again

The room was a great size for my family, the beds were comfortable, and the location to the beach was amazing!! There are alot of pools there that my family enjoyed

The clothes dryer did not work. I contacted maintenance and the issue was never resolved. They shared that they were in contact with the homeowner about getting a replacement dryer but that never happened. It was definitely an inconvenience! We stayed in one of the older units that was not renovated, and you could tell that it was older. The next time I would like to stay in one of the rooms that have been recently renovated.

The room was nice. Comfortable beds and window view was great. I also liked the manager that was kind enough to open my door for me after my key did not work. He looked like he was done for the day, ready to go home but he took time to listen and fix my problem. He went right back up the elevator with me without complaint. I wish I could remember his name but here's a discription: white dude, stocky build, about 5'10" or taller.

Breakfast crew was not so friendly as I walked in 15 minutes before closing time. It would have been nice to have a later breakfast time. I appreciate the buffet was not snatch up as I noticed the employees began eating from it at close. There were a few customers left besides myself. I had to go next door to the hotel to eat a decent dinner instead of getting offered a "bar menu." It would have been nice to had a dinner menu available for late night, at least for the summer peak period.
