Loved the location and view of the ocean. The staff were great the whole week. Room was perfect size.

The beds were not comfortable. Staff came in the room and cleaned while we were sleeping.

the pools didn't look clean

I thought the advertisement about the water park was misleading, because in the photos it looked like the park was in front of the hotel and in the end I only saw the father in the photos I stayed at the accommodation for 3 days and didn't even go to the water park, I paid for something that didn't used. From what I saw, the park was at the back of the hotel in a hidden place. that part left something to be desired.

Front desk staff were not friendly or approachable. They need customer service training. At the end of the day, did they help get us checked in? yes. But it almost seemed forced and as if we were a bother. Anytime we walked through the lobby they either had a hoody over their heads or head was down. I’m not asking for overly friendly, but a nice or simple hello to guests would be nice.

The water pressure in the showers were pretty weak, I had to fix our toilet from running the entire time, the sink water smelled like sewage.

all of the water locations were always out of towels. Had to go to the front desk rather than get from the pool. Mini golf was $5 extra. Arcade was closed.

The beachfront restaurant was a complete let down. The owner lets his young daughter run around and boss people around and annoying them during breakfast. She said are you done eating I want to show you where paw patrol is. We said no we just started. She said I’ll just stand here and wait. Then when they had “breakfast with paw patrol” we paid $20 to watch HIS KIDS play with the pups. Get it together. Hire a nanny dude. The pool was ruined most the time, once buy a couple having a screaming match in the breezeway and once by teenagers hitting my FOUR YEAR OLD with a football TWICE instead of playing on the beach or something. The arcade is closed except for the underwhelming selection at the pizza place.

Pools and beach were awesome! Grandkids really enjoyed the pools and water park. Nice game room. Neon/black light mini golf was really fun and a good value for the family. Although located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach very convenient to restaurants and broadway at the beach. The penthouse although a bit hard to get luggage and beach chair up to the room but worth every bit of trouble once settled in. Views are amazing and the glass in the dining and living room gives you a full view of the beach and ocean. With over 1300 square feet plenty of room for my family of 6.

Stayed in the penthouse which is awesome. Could use a little bit of attention. Need to make sure kitchen has enough pots and pans.

The beds were hard as a rock. No one got any real rest.

For starters I liked the location. There was a dollar general close by, and a Pizza place called the Mariner that stayed open until 12am that was about 2-3 mins away. I liked that there were options when it came to getting in a pool because there’s an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor pool as well. What shocked me most was that there was a whole Nail Salon in the resort 😂. My fiancé really enjoyed that, she said there was great service at the Atlantis Nail Salon. She also told me the prices was great and she came back quick so they work pretty fast in there or may have not been crowded.

Our room didn’t have a stove. Not sure it all of the rooms there are like that but it would’ve been nice to have that. With the room we had there was a sink, a tiny fridge and microwave when you first come in. The door to the bathroom and then two beds was the next thing you’d see besides the table w/ seating and balcony which had two chairs outside. Me and my fiancé didn’t have a lot of space while in bed or at least it was really uncomfortable for me. We overall enjoyed our stay and the ocean view from the balcony, but we would’ve enjoyed bigger beds and a stove in the room. That would’ve made our stay even better.
