Loved the location and view of the ocean. The staff were great the whole week. Room was perfect size.

The beds were not comfortable. Staff came in the room and cleaned while we were sleeping.

the pools didn't look clean

I thought the advertisement about the water park was misleading, because in the photos it looked like the park was in front of the hotel and in the end I only saw the father in the photos I stayed at the accommodation for 3 days and didn't even go to the water park, I paid for something that didn't used. From what I saw, the park was at the back of the hotel in a hidden place. that part left something to be desired.

We go to myrtle beach every mother's day. The entire staff was incredible this trip and it was noticed!! We always enjoy the water park. The new restaurant is a nice addition. I had the best pedicure i've ever had in my life at this salon. Beautiful views. Super convenient location. Northshore is one of our favorite places to stay!

The ONLY negative...The indoor pool and, especially, the hot tub (at the arcade/putt putt). Just kinda dark/dank/dirty feeling. Im sure its not, but needs some paint and updates (and plants or something!) to make it more relaxing and comfortable.

Front desk staff were not friendly or approachable. They need customer service training. At the end of the day, did they help get us checked in? yes. But it almost seemed forced and as if we were a bother. Anytime we walked through the lobby they either had a hoody over their heads or head was down. I’m not asking for overly friendly, but a nice or simple hello to guests would be nice.

I love that it was a great location close to a lot! The parking was not horrible at all! The room was nice and spacious! Oddly I liked that there was a broom in the room to sweep up sand! The people that worked there were so nice and understanding. We had an emergency and had to stay the night in the hospital with my toddler. We were supposed to leave the next day. They gave us a free late check out so that we could get released from the hospital and go back to get things together! They were understanding with everything and the manager made sure the ambulance got there to the right spot! They were so awesome!

The water pressure in the showers were pretty weak, I had to fix our toilet from running the entire time, the sink water smelled like sewage.

They place and everything was great and in a great location of the beach! Was very clean and lot's to do around.

The beds were hard and when I booked the place I didn't realize the water park and pools were all at different buildings. I'm handicapped and couldn't use most of the things the resort offered. I stayed in the building where my room was so I was only able to use the pool. Elevators were a little tricky because you never knew which one was going to open and by the time you realized it was the opposite one you lost your ride and had to wait and play the guessing game again.
