The hotel was very clean, it looked like it had recently been updated. It was quiet even when it was busy, and it was pretty centrally located between the attractions of Myrtle and North Myrtle beach. The breakfast was good, and the ladies that ran it were always very polite and quick to make sure everything was freshly filled. The bed was comfortable- which was important because we slept in it for 8 nights!

The water pressure and the Wi-Fi in our room was terrible. Not sure if it was because we were on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the hall, but those were our only complaints. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and we got kicked off constantly, and the shower felt like I was standing under a trickle. Oh, and there was only one set of guest washer/dryer so we had to go to a local laundromat. Not really a complaint, but it was a little inconvenient to have to do that. But regardless I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Location was great and the room was a good size, clean, and had good amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The wifi was terrible, which made it tough to work. I'm glad I had my hotspot. I wasn't a fan of how noisy the hallways were, maybe noise buffering pads for under the door would help. I always didn't like that the sliding door in the lobby was partially broken and the back entry door had a sticky handle that was tough to come through. I also didn't like how expensive the laundry was.

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the waterway deck. Breakfast was surprisingly good for being free. I appreciated that the attendant regularly cleaned up and checked the area. You can tell that they wanted it to be nice.

My room smelled a bit smoky but I figured it was an old hotel and maybe smoking was allowed at one point. The place could use a refresh for paint and furniture. And I don’t love the idea of full housekeeping every five days unless requested

Our room got vhanged without notifying us to a regular king from handicapped. After asking me to look at different rooms to see if they would work for us we were gizfven back our room. Two different staff members were helpful in meeting our needs, even intervening with the manager(Toni) and going to the store for us to get a non skid mat (Lisa). We love you all!

Guests must check ahead to see if the rooms are specifically what were requested If they need a walkin shower or more wall plugs. Those rooms are few.

I loved everything from check in to check out! Everything was super and we felt sooo welcomed. The hotel is super clean. The breakfast is hot and delicious. The breakfast staff work so hard to keep everything hot and clean. You can also get hot coffee 24 hours a day. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job cleaning the rooms and everyone is so friendly. I love the patio area and the pool. I'm so glad each room have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We also had a ceiling fan in our room. This was an excellent idea. This hotel beats any resort I have stayed in lately at the beach. It was about drive from the beach and the property is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. This will be my new place to stay in Myrtle Beach for my family. Thank you to the staff for a beautiful vacation. We definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was super!

The first impression of the property was a clean parking lot, front desk staff - they were inviting and handled my check in quick and smoothly. I check out the room, the linens and bathroom and I want to give a shoutout to their housekeeping team if I will ! Breakfast was a 10/10 my daughter loved her fresh made waffle. There’s a beautiful scenic view in the rear of the property that’s perfect for sunrise and OJ

Hot breakfast was great. Deck with waterway view was nice. If the deck was closer to the hotel, I would have enjoyed my breakfast out there. Safe property. Cameras are all around the property.

Even though they were respectful to other guests, smoking and dogs were on the deck too. Honestly, there was nowhere else for them to go. Maybe set up special areas for dogs and smoking. One guest was trying to encourage another guest to release his pitbull from their leash. That was extremely uncomfortable. I was ready to leave the deck, but not knowing if the dog had the leash on or off was scary to me. Since the dog and owner were sitting in the aisle, I had to pass them to leave the deck. Dog was observing the guests and surroundings but extremely well behaved.

The location was great. We were very close to a Walmart and many restaurants. It is approximately 30-45 to Myrtle Beach. Our stay price was lower than what we were quoted by Booking.com when we arrived, which was awesome. The breakfast was AMAZING! All staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Only thing needed was them to clean the outdoor pool a little more often. The first time we went swimming in the pool was perfect but two days later which was our last night we tried to go again and we saw many bugs in the pool. Other than that no complaints.

the environment was warm and welcoming no matter the member of staff who helped us, extremely kind and helpful! perfect for just a weekend stay or for a family vacation! the room was beautifully cleaned and although pets are allowed, no funky smells or evidence of previous critters in our room! definitely will be back!

Definitely clean, but it’s an older property for sure. Gentlemen at check-in (June 30th) was so, so, so nice! Breakfast was good, but different. Never had a free hotel bfast dished out to you. And an hour before bfast was over they ran out of sausage. Front desk clerk at check-in said his mgr. gave us a free upgrade. I’m not sure what the upgrade was. We reserved a king and got one, so maybe the size of the room + the wet bar area was the upgrade. It was an old room but clean and nice.

Our curtains (the ones that block the light) had numerous holes in them so the sunlight blasted through them as soon as it was light.
