Special thanks to Ms. Delores who checked me in. She was very nice. Fast and efficient check in and she was able to accommodate my special need for a first floor unit. Excellent location on the property. Close enough to enjoy the beach and other amenities offered. Just a short walk or shuttle ride. Housekeeping request taken care of quickly.

Some of the furnishings are a bit outdated in the unit. I found an old dusty baby diaper under one of the dressers and one of the tubs was a bit clogged from either hair or sand so it makes you wonder about housekeeping standards. Luckily we travel with our own cleaning supplies. I also feel the parking fee should be included in the “resort” fee.

The area was peaceful, clean and well appointed with things to do. The property was great as we were beach front, had the pool right there by the beach and the water park for the kids ( Teens ) was perfect. The View was absolutley amazing and we could see everything from the balcony.

There were almost no toiletries. We had made the mistake of forgetting a couple of things and when we got back from the beach to shower for dinner, we were stuck. The condo was clean but the shower and furnishings are worn and a bit dated. The sofas and the beds are not very comfortable but for a night or two, it was ok.

I absolutely LOVED THE PROPERTY. The condo was beautiful, very spacious.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like about the stay , was I did have a quite a few unexpected friends to stop by. I didn’t want to make a big scene or give a bad review on the condo. Cause things do happen & everything is not going to be spotless clean & free from bugs. I enjoyed my stay other than the unexpected friends. Videos will be attached

Everything was great overall. Lots of space in the condo and not too far from the beach. The pool was great for kids and parents.

We did have roaches in our villa. We notified the front desk and they did give us $150 credit and had them come out and spray. Apparently these are common in these parts especially when it's raining but was just unexpected when we had roaches in our bed while trying to sleep

This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. Everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Some facilities were lacking during our stay. For example, there was not enough toilet paper or trash bags provided. and facial tissues—an essential item—were not available. The pool area also had too few umbrellas

Fabulous location. You can park your car and enjoy your vacation on foot

We spent two hours sitting in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready. No text as promised- finally went back to desk and found they forgot to text us. Minor annoyance but you need to start a stay at your property with a little better customer service.

The condo was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The ocean views was nice. The livingroom and both bedrooms had balconys. Everything was six minutes away, didn't have to drive far at all. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, wasn't packed at all.

The bathroom in the master room could've been nicer. There was hair in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty and old. Never could find the inside pool. I feel like we got one of the old outdated buildings. They did have spas but it was very over priced. I booked on the booking.com website, they gave me one price but was charged much more once we got there. Come to find out they charge you for parking each day, breakfast, and more. I probably wouldn't book here anymore.

I loved the view of the lake and the cleanliness of the property.

Living room TV would not work. Could not hook it up to the WiFi. The shower did not stay very hot for long. There were no hangers in the closets. I have no problem bringing my own but every condo I stayed at provided them (and paper towels). No dogs allowed:(

Location was perfect. There is a cobblestone walkway off the back patio that leads directly to the beach. About a 5 minute walk.

The fees were not as expected. Paid what was thought to be the total price online to book, was then charged an additional $60 for resort fees, parking, etc upon check in, and then an additional $53 at check out.
