It was clean and the area was nice the inly problem i had was the bed being kinda hard other than that ill most definitely book again clean rooms and no bugs AT ALL MAJOR PLUS 🫡

The location! The staff! Nice and clean room. Little outdated. The one porter at the door. Lot of tattoos. Can't remember his name. He was great and courteous and extremely helpful!

Like said outdated! The shower heads suck! No pressure! The safe I could not use. Guess broken. I went to sit in hot tube and there were two young girls about 12 hanging out with their feet in it. Though it said clearly no kids there unless accompanied by adult supervision. That needs to be enforced.

I absolutely love Ocean Annies . This was my 5th year coming and everyone I have told has come to love it also.

Not much of a worthy complaint, just a little tweaking with the Ocean Annie bar and restaurants would be great, yet they are probably not applicable on this questionaire.

Loved the lazy river. Impressed by the employees that cleaned the lobby and walking areas. Staff in lobby some were very nice and helpful

Wi Fi never worked! Had to leave my room to go to the lobby to conduct business on my computer. I did not book a room that did not have a oven. I booked full kitchen. TV went off and on finally got a different one day before we left. Patio door went off track every time I opened it!!! I had to mop the floor for an hour after my socks were black after walking into the place, Checked in at 4pm got into room at 6pm they were suppose to call me when my room was ready they did not!!!!

Great entertainment options at the hotel. Good location in between Myrtle and North Myrtle.

My coffee wasn't replaced the first 2-3 days.

I enjoy that there is a restaurant onsite and live music every night so you don't have to decide which night you are going to stay back and enjoy the music. They have it every night! Also, our beds were very comfortable and relaxing. They have a spa onsite as well and I enjoyed that this trip, it was very nice.

I didn't enjoy the loud noise in the mornings coming from whatever work was being done outside our room. I think it may have been regular maintenance and deliveries and such but I understand it has to be done.

My Check in was at 4:00 pm got there 4:30 the room was not clean at all the kids room wasn’t made it and had the dishwasher running the Kitchen table was dirty and living room tables! We left and came back the young lady clean it up! Can’t forgot the pool area kids throwing footballs and almost hit my child with it! And what really got my upset went to bar by the pool pull out my I.d. The lady said my I.d. Is peeled back like it was fake or something clearly you see my face on it! The manager smh ain’t didn’t want my service I paid $803 this weekend for bad service never again! The only was good was the old guy at the convenience store he was nice overall I rate this place 5!

First let me preface this with: the original room that I booked through Booking.com wasn't up to par. Sadly the bed had 2 ants in it and the floors were not swept. Thankfully, Ocean Annie's proved to me that they are reputable and put their customers first. When I went to the desk to tell them about the ants, they right away upgraded my room to a 1 bedroom SUITE!!! My family stays at Ocean Annie's every time we go to Myrtle and I can say that this resort TRULY is above and beyond most 5 star high dollar resorts!!!! The suite was beautiful and I felt valued!!! I will continue to call Ocean Annie's my "home away from home" for ALL of my Myrtle vacations!

we loved that it had everything we needed .. indoor and outdoor pool, we love that it had live music outside by the pool. It was close to a grocery store a surf shop putt putt although we didn’t use it we love that it had restaurants on site. We actually never got in our car until it was the day to leave we walked the beach. The pier was nearby. It was amazing.

The only thing was the elevator in the parking garage was so slow that we ended up having to use the steps and never actually use the elevator. Another reason that we didn’t go to our car the whole trip.

Bathroom was crazy hot the entire trip, unbearable.. nothing we could do about it, and everything else was great.
