I love how close to the beach this hotel was. I love how I was able to bring my dog.

The only issue was that when we checked in we didn’t get a room till almost 5:00 pm

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with one service animal and one pet and they where very welcoming. No pet fee was applied so that was a big part of choosing this property. I would say its a good value for the price and location is central to all the attractions in the area which is very convenient. would stay again.

the only thing that bothered us was that the bathroom could have been cleaner and that the bedroom in our suit had no window.

Price and location was good

No breakfast, just something continental would have been nice to start the day. Juice, coffee, oatmeal, fruit would have been nice. I was definitely lied to about a lousy 3 dollars and change.. I always leave my room clean and wiped down. before I leave, to be sure I get my deposit back but mostly I have a cleaning obsession .I was informed of the escrow they would hold and if I wanted the safe. I said NO DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE SAFE IF IT IS OPTIONAL!! Oh no sir it is optional. But they kept the 3 dollars.

The price was very reasonable. Being right off the airport runway it was relatively quiet. Also this hotel is right next to waffle house and not far from the beach, parks and market place shopping area. Plus the weather was fabulous in early September. It was clean. No trash blowing around the grounds or parking lot. We only had two sets of towels to start lwith, but the front desk staff exchanged the dirty ones and gave us more towels upon request. Free parking. The front desk staff was outstanding. We always had to take a right out of the parking lot and get over to the left lane to go the other way. Lot of traffic in that area. So you had to wait a bit to get out of the parking lot.

We didn't like the shower/tub area. It was a handicapped accessible room and if my husband was still in recovery he wouldn't been able to step up over the edge of the tub to shower. Most handicapped accessible bathrooms are a flat floor shower stall.

We booked only for a one night stay so we didn't care about what was included etc. The rooms looked clean and it was quiet. Parking was free and staff was nice. It is no Hilton but perfectly acceptable. Everything we needed was provided and we had more towels that we could've hoped for. It was one of the cheaper options near Myrtle Beach but didn't disappoint

We couldn't really find our entrance which was "C" but we also arrived late at night and it was hard to see in the dark

It was surprisingly quieter than I expected for a hotel. It was easy access, but location along the strip of Myrtle Beach was inconvenient.

We stayed for 3 days and did not get any fresh towels. The elevator was about 90° and very slow. The outdoor sidewalks needed cleaning. There was vomit outside an access door that stayed there the whole trip. It was the last hotel on the Grand Strand, and the only thing in walking distance was a putt putt golf and a McDonalds. It was a 3 block walk to the beach.

It was cozy and warm. The water was hot and inviting. The shower was pure joy. The room was beautiful, and perfectly furnished. It was immaculate and smelled so fresh and new. You see I booked your room because I'm homeless and needed to wash clothes and shower. My friend and I are very grateful for allowing us to stay. So many hotels turn us away or treat us like we aren't good enough. This stay was our Christmas present to our selves. Homeless people aren't bad, they just need a little kindness and help sometimes. Remember people shunned Jesus too. Thank you RED ROOF INN! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND ALL

What's not to like about perfection?

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and even though we were close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes. Really liked the security feature of having to use the room keycard to open all doors except the main door into the lobby. Staff was friendly and pleasant, parking was adequate, lots of room to get in and out of parking spaces.

The only thing I didn't like was someone on the floor had a dog and it did a lot of barking. Not the hotel's fault.

Front desk staff and housekeeping especially friendly and attentive to providing towels, listening to questions. Stayed here because we were traveling with a small dog and needed to be on ground floor for elderly parent. Only cared that the bed, linens and sheets were clean, and they were. Beds comfortable enough for the price. Would stay here again if bringing a pet. There is a pool that others were using, so assume that was good. We didn't have time to swim.

No poop bags in the pet walking area (and of course others don't pick up after their pets). Room key cards hard to use and had to be rekeyed once. Card key reader at exit door did not appear to be working.

We have stayed here many times before.

I changed my arrival time and still got charged for the day.borh the site and booking .com told me I would not be charged but I was.will not be using either one again.it would have been different if they would have done what they said they would do.i should have only been charged for the one night not two I called and canceled the one night before I had to be there.Christine at red roof inn said I misunderstood her.but I didn't. So if we can't fix this issue I will be using someone else.
