The fact that the kitchen came stocked with pots and dinner ware was amazing. It helped with fixing dinner during the storm. The fact that the pool was literally just a two minute walk down the stairs was also great. Me and family are definitely coming back for a longer stay to take advantage of the other amenities. I do want to shout out Mary who worked on July 6 around 8am. I called to extra check out time to figure out a plan of action to leave in the storm and the hour that she gave was amazing, even though we left on time at 10am. And then I had to call back because my niece left her headphones in the room and we didn’t notice until we were down the strip. We left all room keys in the room as instructed but Mary had an extra key waiting for me to go back into the room and we did locate the headphones as well!!! Thank you so much Mary for doing that!!

While we only stayed for a day, allowing for an earlier check in time would be great. As it takes us 2 hours to come from NC to SC and it would have been great to be able to check in earlier than 4pm, I did make the request but it seemed it came from an automated system rather a live person.

I did not eat breakfast

I thought my room was going to have a stove and it did not. I knew I had to pay a $115 deposit (refundable)but honestly thought it was included when I made payment for the room. It was very disappointing that the $115 was deducted separately because this made me have to leave and go to the store to upload the money since cash wasn’t excepted during check in. I also wish I had an entertaining view of something special while on the balcony.

The unit was well equipped and spacious! Everything was clean and well maintained! The bed was comfortable and the screened porch was a bonus! The pool area was well maintained, everyone we encountered were both friendly and nice!

The drinks at the pool bar were a little pricey.

Felt unwelcomed when going to neighborhood pool. Felt singled out and like we weren't wanted there. Had to prove that we had passes when others didn't. Really felt disrespected.

No breakfast at all - not free nor paid And obviously no coffee other then in the room The first place to buy something eatable is at 9am For us it was so & so… for folks that like to prepare breakfast at their room it might be ok The first place

Private away from all the other hotels around the area and clean, unlike a lot of other hotels, will be coming there again

The hallways are a little muggy filling, but the rooms make up for lol

The resort and amenities were second to none. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The beach shuttle is prompt, and the driver was very helpful. The resort staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful and loved pools

Didn’t have a broom dish washer wouldn’t work correctly didn’t have a mop but had a bucket. The dove soap pumps was empty. Called to get more and they brought coffee no soap

Clean property, pool area was nice. Our room was really big for 2 people and had a full kitchen. Screened in porch was great as well.

No crosswalk from the property to the beach.
