I loved almost everything! Check in was wonderful and everyone was friendly! Everything went smoothly and everything was nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is far enough away that there isn’t much traffic so it was quiet. Kids loved the arcade. View was great from balcony.

All of the staff we saw was wonderful and great except the ones that were exchanging tickets for us in the arcade. Snack shack employee was busy but very friendly. At Loco Gecko we had an extended wait and others received their food and almost done before we got to place our order but the gentleman was very friendly and apologized. But by the time we got to waterpark they were getting ready to close so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Long waits on the elevator too.

Food prices in the restaurant there is outrageous! For example, my 3 year old wanted a corn dog, but you couldn't get just the corn dog, you had to get the kids corn dog meal which was $11.99🙄 And we just wanted nachos with queso, $15🙄 Everything is ridiculous! Oh and don't be surprised when you check in and the parking fee is $15/day🙄 Also, we decided to do the presentation they offered, they tell you oh it will only be one hour, well don't surprised if you are there for 2.5-3 hours!😳 It literally took us 4 times saying no thank you and our two kids coming out to us from the kids area to get us gone lol. But overall, we had a good stay and it wasn't too bad! The kids absolutely loved and enjoyed the water park!!

The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The view was beautiful and the hotel was quiet. The beach access was nice. The Pool decks were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good.

To be considered "a resort", there were some basic amenities missing. There was no tissue provided. The fully supplies Kitchen lacked a few basic necessities for a resort. There was only one little shampoo bottle-no other extra bathroom niceties- no soap dish- no night light-We stayed 4 days and three nights and never received fresh towels, washclothes or tidy service to remove our trash... there were only 3 hangers in the closet. The lazy river - one of the main features of the hotel wasn't open for the first two days of our stay. If you are a family with children, this would be a good place to stay, but as retirees, we were underwhelmed.

Loved having the waterpark on site for easy access. Kids loved the slides and lazy river as well as direct access to the beach. Nice to have a full fridge and oven in the room. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives but the cost was high for the level of services available.

Price was high, especially after resort fees, etc. A lot of people in reviews complained about the small bar of soap and they're not wrong, it only lasted 2 showers for the family. A/C running in the room was really loud. Common areas weren't super clean. I got a call before arriving from the concierge trying to get me to sit through a time share presentation and got really pushy when I said I wasn't interested, which was annoying.

The pools, hot tubs and lazy river was very nice and clean. Liked having food, entertainment and Starbucks at the hotel. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed.

Tried calling the front desk two days in a row and left a message but was unable to contact them. Showers had no water pressure. One of the elevators was down in our building making it a long wait every time going to and from our room.

The laundry room machines was terrible I stayed 4 night with my mom and my kid's i bring more than enough clothes for them incase but still need wash them dirty wet clothes at least 1 time because it wet but all washed and dryer machines there so terribly bad 👎 it cost me almost 15 hours back and forth for one load of clothes to dry all of washers and dryers machines there so totally stuck.

the breakfast is very expensive compared to what being served. paying ~$50 for 3 people is way too much for ordinary breakfast.

The room size and location were great. All the pools and water slides were also great. The hotel was nice and will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, the only complaint we had was the microwave not working and we were offered to attend a seminar for a free stay but when we arrived, we were not booked. The manager or another employee was supposed to reach out and they never did.

I enjoyed the hot tubs, the beach ,the balcony , the clean room , and the fact that it was sunny the whole time I was there. I did think we were supposed to get the free breakfast but they did not give it to us and said that we did not get it in our package I was under the impression that we did , but overall it was a great stay.

The only thing that is getting rougher with age, are all those steps to the different pool areas. And the steps up to the beach. Overall it was a great trip.

I liked the amenities for the children in the pool area. It’s also close to a lot of the excursions and activities we did!

The rooms needs some to updating. I had a few issues with the bathroom. 1st the shower was clogged. I called maintenance and they came really quick. Then the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and never received an answer or call back. We stayed in the room for 2 days with a clogged toilet. I Also didn’t like that the check in desk was located across the street. Having to transport a lot of luggage and small children back and forth was not ideal.
