Even though our trip included just me and my husband, it’s a great resort for all ages. The pool area and proximity to the beach was fantastic‼️ I loved the balcony with view of the beach and pool area. Also loved that we had access to the adult pool at the Hilton next door. Loved the pool bar for drinks and food. The microwave and fridge was very convenient.

There was a long wait for towels at the pool even though we were there in the morning. We were told they ran out. There should be more umbrellas available for the pool area. The resort fee and parking fee adds $50 per day. Not sure this makes Ellie a good value.

I liked the room . It ws spacious and the bed and rom were very clean . Sheerts were super fresh and white and the bathroom and floors were all super clean. I like the fact that my room had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean . And it was only on the 2n floor which made me feel safe.

I didn't like the fact that I had to chase down where to find the reception desk. That information should have been given to me in an email prior to my coming. Also, the 2nd floor reception area needed a face lift . It looked like it needed to be updated really badly. For the price, and the fact that this was the first thing to be seen at the Hotel, it was upsetting. There was a main desk with two lines : one for one hotel, another for another Hotel and it was just not a good first impression .

The location was good and the hotel overall was very nice. I have no specific complaints. It was not the best place we've ever visited but it was nice and fairly close to everything. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and located directly above the main pool area. The price was a bit high for what you get. I would have expected more luxury for the price. We traveled for a couples vacation and this place is definitely more kid friendly overall. They do offer an adults only pool area.

Loved the 3 water slides with a big pool and the bunkbeds for my kids. Beach was not too crowded due to it being beside the state park. Pet friendly and lots of activities to do within the resort like ping pong, cornhole, pool etc. Fridge size was good for us. View was great having to show the pool and the ocean.

No cabana tents at the beach when we went. Double tree had them for their guests but not Ellie. Still in construction.

Location, they accept pets, luxury vinyl floors if any accidents was great. Great pool, easy access to the beach, rooms updated, balcony, quiet, plenty of parking - at least this time of year. Had Room Service, was quick and food was delicious ( burger and meat lovers personal pizza so good) Overall great experience

Location, room, staff, everything. Great on site dining. Location was the main thing. Not crowded beaches, great shells to be found. Atmosphere was the best. Laid back. From the staff to the other guests, no one was rude. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there as much as we were. I loved it.

I loved the whole experience.

The location was perfect. The hotel was amazing. It was definitely family friendly. The Easter bunny made a pop up visit during breakfast which was so sweet. My daughter was obsessed.

Directions weren’t clear as far as where registration was but once we found it everything was great.

The staff went beyond.

I really do not like hotels where you have to go outside with every door. I am used to hotels where every room is enclosed in the hotel.

Loved having all the amenities on site at the property

The food could've been a little bit better but just having it at the property was great. Our lunch was wonderful down by the pool. Our breakfast was lacking at the market.

The Building and the connection of the restaurant and shop with a bar and beautiful deck.
