This hotel was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and right by the beach. It had several areas to sit and relax. And the room was absolutely beautiful, to have that much room for a long weekend or a week stay is great. Lots of pots and pans, utensils, glassware anything you needed it was there this place was very well thought out! The pool bar was great too! A bit pricey but worth every penny! The view from the balcony was perfect. This is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The staff was great! Check it out you will not be disappointed.

I wish they had complementary breakfast.

Our experience at the Vacation Club Holiday Inn was a great one! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had some great amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Pros: • Spacious pool • Easy walkout access to the beach • Onsite Market Place for quick food and essentials • Convenient onsite parking • Units were very clean • In-unit washer and dryer • Just 15 minutes from all the main attractions

Cons: • Only one set of towels is provided per guest—you’ll need to do laundry, though they do include washing powder • Not all units offer oceanfront views

I loved the location and it was clean and beautiful

I did not like at all that they kept calling our room to try to get us to sign up for a tour and do a timeshare thing. It was annoying and made things super awkward.

I enjoyed how close the room was to the pool was to the beach was to my covered parking. The architects of this resort did a fantastic job. This is a time share resort so expect to see lots of sales people, but that means they are actively making this a place to love. There was activities (DJ, live music, magician) by the pool every day. Beds were great, kitchen was great, very comfortable. Love your room key on your wrist instead of a key card. Would stay here again.

No much to complain about, the coffee is terrible, the burger or brisket nachos are great. Not within walking distance of Myrtle activities so plan on driving or uber. The manager said my kids bathing suit was illegal, this is private property so not sure that is true. These are small issues, I have no real complaints.

When I booked our stay and saw this was a brand new hotel I was both excited and nervous. Only nervous because I wasn't sure if we'd be walking into a construction zone but we that wasn't the case at all. All staff was nice and helpful. We met Megan who we nicknamed "Meg's" (because that's just how we are) the first day we arrived. She was the bartender at the super nice outdoor (but covered) bar. She was very friendly and being we haven't been to Myrtle Beach in years, she helped us out with all our typical "vacationing" questions we had. She not only worked the bar but walked the pool deck as well to take drink/food orders. Other employees did too but Meg's had quickly become our BFF. Everything about this hotel and property is gorgeous! The Myrtle Beach Airport is right across the street but don't let that shy you away. Planes are not constantly flying by. Plus you cannot hear anything in your room when the doors closed. 10 or of 10! We'll definitely be back!

Only complaint and was on us not to have is fixed as soon as we noticed. Our bedroom fan made a lot of noise but I'm sure it was an easy fix.

I liked that the property was only 1 year old so the newness was awesome but some of the people that were staying there were kind of rude. The staff was extremely nice and informative. The pool area was awesome as well as the other amenities.

I didn’t like the exact location bc when you went out to the beach area, the beach view was horrible, you had to walk over a hill to even get to the beach from the hotel. I also found hair in our shower and we weee charged for something and we only stayed 1 night and we had hardly touched anything in the room.

On site food was just ok.. and expensive for what it was. But the adjacent restaurant was quite good with a nice variety. The staff were all very polite and worked hard to accommodate. Booking.com did not update a change I had made weeks before by phone. Holiday Inn Club Vacations stepped up and did what they could to get us what we had booked. The better view rooms are all Signature. And the step up appliances were nice also.

There was very little that I didn't like! Some petty things mostly. Rooms were very nice decorated very similar to a Hyatt- Modern Simple designs. The showers were very nice sized- better water pressure for the Signature! But the shower did not have a hand bar or stool for standing on one foot to wash feet! The diffuser on the bathroom faucet was defective and spayed water all over counter. No distilled water available on site (C-pap wearer) And coffee cups were too small for 12oz Keurig! (Signature upgrade)

Everything was new, clean, good quality

My husband got very sick with the flu and was in bed for the entire stay, we tried to cancel the time share presentation as he was too sick to go and I could not attend by myself according to the rules, I called the front desk with plenty of notice but we were told we still have to at $5, that was not ok and it left a negative impression

Even though it was a hotel we booked to sleep in while traveling to Florida by car, we liked the hotel very much. The room they gave us was so beautiful that we were amazed. We wished we had stayed just for the sake of having fun. I cannot describe the quality of the room. Everything was as if we were the first to use it. We travel a lot and although we stay in many quality hotels. We have never encountered such a clean room before. A hotel right by the sea... My wife and I will definitely come again by making a plan to use the facilities later. By the way, it was also very good to be able to go to those floors directly from the garage with the elevator... Thank you very much. Everything was beautiful.

From the moment we walked into the Lobby, we were amazed at how clean and beautiful the hotel was. Bobbi at check in was super nice and very helpful! The pool was amazing, the poolside bar had ice cold beer. The access to the beach was clean, well maintained and very accommodating. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room, and it fit the 8 of us perfectly. Will definitely be booking for the family in the future!
