The manager was very polite and the rooms were phenomenal.We stayed on ground floor.There is no elevator for upper levels,just stairways.If you have a problem climbing steps definitely stay on ground floor.Bring your own cups and cooking utensils.We had a stove nice cabinet space and a mini fridge and decent size kitchen sink.All in all a very nice place if you are on a budget.Im staying here from now on.

The sliding door on front kept coming off track.

Location, friendly staff and service. The amount of room and beds you get for price is great.

Dirty. Had to sweep when we got there. Kinda old I'd say so some ware and tare. But great efforts and the great staff made up for the dirty floor.

Gets at least 8 out of 10 for the important stuff i.e. location on the beach, room was clean, and air conditioning worked. Supermarket is close by.

Has a kitchen, but with zero plates and cutlery, although at least the microwave and fridge worked. Wifi didn't work. Whole complex is old and rundown.

That is was ocean front and affordable

When we got to the hotel, the only thing was there was sand all over the room's floor, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned up, and I'm not complaining by saying this but this is the only thing that wasn't up to par.

It was on the ocean. Living/kitchen area was spacious.

The rooms were out of date. The stove only had 1 burner that worked. The shower water pressure was really low. Floor was sandy and turned our feet black when walking. The bed space was taking up the closest door so we couldn’t get to the closet without climbing on beds. The 2nd room we had the fridge wasn’t plugged in so when we put things in it we didn’t know until we went to get a water out and it was warm. The tv only had 5 channels that worked.

Every thing was close no need to use your car at all

It was not clean floor was dirty they only swept the floor but not moping. And we kill some roaches. They have a stove but there are no pot utensils nothing. So no point to have a stove

This is my 2nd time staying here and I will be coming back. Its a perfect location. We love being right on the beach. The pool is wonderful. Staff is always willing to help with any issues.

There is nothing bad to say. The basic amenities were met. Bed, shower, shelter. We didn't go to the beach to spend time in the room. We went for the beach and that is what got here.

It's in a little noisy area but the owner is a great man I had a situation that he really helped me and looked out for me beyond anything else I have no complaints cuz the complaints he did everything and he did to make sure I was satisfied and to fix the situation and he helped and looked out the way

Just a nosy area and how it's so many people walking around making noise late at night I'll be hours of the morning that don't stay there otherwise great place

Room was nice & hotel is easy to find & in a good location

Parking lot is tiny & very crowded due to public parking there as well as hotel guests. Building is kinda run down but the rooms are updated. We had a king suite & there was no tv in the bedroom.

Great location, great service and wonderful owners!! Great room clean up room service, owners made sure my child was able to be on bottom level so she would be safe ❤️ Great place!!! Also we are right at the pool which made it even better too and ocean front!!
