We love the price and the location! We love the pool the staff are amazing and friendly! Amenities are wonderful! More coffee in the room and sugar packets would be great, but we are thankful for the ones you provide! Love that there are dishes to use, and a coffee pot!

The rooms need updating and repaired. Floors in 221 bathroom need repaired around the tub and carpet leading from bedrooms into the kitchen need changed and transition strips should be laid down. I reported the outside door issue where it was broken/coming apart, and reported the bathroom fan not working. We wish you all had better parking, or more of it, at the hotel as opposed to across the street.

The room we got was pretty decent, very efficient for our family, the view from the motel was also nice. We got 3 queen beds and our was room was divided into two rooms, the price I paid was totally worth it and reasonable.

Where in the hotel our room was located, the door to it was located in the stair well. And the parking lot is across the street so you have to check in unload all your stuff and then go park your car. And there’s only one elevator which is all the way on the other side of the motel. Also it could use some updating and some slight remodeling.

The room was nice and clean the only thing the kitchen is small and the refrigerator is in the bedroom there was no couch which we thought it had and no microwave the motel didn’t have breakfast but it was conveniently located close to a Walmart and different restaurants that we could walk to and right on the beach which is the most important to us overall the stay was great everyone was very friendly and our neighbors was very respectful and the motel is very kid friendly

No microwave kitchen was small the refrigerator was in the bedroom and no couch and only 1 tv in the single room and not a tv in the other room

I liked/loved the location. It was right on the Ocean. The pool right outside rooms. Staff were very friendly. And kept on top of things. It had a stove and all cooking an eating materials you needed.. had a regular size refrigerator as well BONUS!!

The only thing I really didn't like was the carpet was pretty old, so you had to wear shoes or your feet would turn black 🤪.. and the exhaust fan wasn't working so got very steaming in bathroom while showering . Other than the minor things, I was very very satisfied ☺️👍🏼, oh an the elevator was down so if you or anyone in your family have heart/lung issues, ask if its working or ask for the bottom floor. They switched me from 5th to 1st, because I wouldn't be able to go up an down as I'd like..

When we got to our room, 310 or 312 it was filthy, carpet was nasty, rust all over the whole stove, paint peeling and some red stuff in the tub, tile was nasty also, changed rooms to 212, it was a little better after my wife cleaned it up so that we could live in it, she got cleaning supplies, vacuum, towels, everything, she cleaned it thoroughly, then we were able to settle in, had to put towels on the carpet because it was nasty and black, pool needs to be cleaned more often, I don't know if the little pool was a hot tube or kiddie pool, it was nasty and dirty too, nice place, just needed a lot more TLC........ But the cleaning staff was very nice, one lady in particular, I think she may have been head of staff, she was very nice, she gave my wife any and everything she needed to clean the room........😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Elevator wasn't working and I'm handicap, so I had to climb the stairs very slowly, which tired me out immensely 😟😟😟😟

The room was very clean and fully stocked with toiletries and kitchenware(except for baking sheet). Location was great. The pool was clean and refreshing. The grounds were well maintained. The day staff made sure we had everything we needed every morning as they made their rounds. There was coffee packets available at front office. A soda machine(1st floor) and snack machine(3rd floor) available on the grounds. There were 2 grills and 2 picnic tables beachfront available for use.

No iron or microwave in room(we had the efficiency). The evening staff had an attitude when we asked for a key to open our door when we accidentally locked ours inside. If you book online through a 3rd party(we did booking.com) They do require a $100 CASH deposit. Elevator wasn't working. Although they gave us a 1st floor room just wanted to let that be known in this review. I felt so bad seeing some people have to carry bag after bag up stairs.

The room we got had a small little kitchen and 2 beds were behind a closed door and then the 3rd bed was on the other side. The location was perfect!

Most of the parking in the hotel area was limited but they had extra parking across the street just for the hotel. So you'll have to unload in front of the hotel then back up the car to the other side of the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect!

The room was amazing! The view from the balcony was beautiful! It was a lil too chilly to use the pool at the facility, but having the option to go to the 2 other sister hotel for the indoor pools and hot tubs was a great perk! Look this is an older MOTEL where many things could have been better, but if you are booking this room, you notice that the price is amazing for what you are getting. It's not a 5 star resort, but was def worth what I paid for it. I will def come back again and stay. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back!

There were some sketchy people in the parking lot a times, not the hotels fault, they are just passing through. The elevator is a bit on the scary side, but I was in the 5th floor, I was not doing all those steps lol I took my chances and am fine.

The staff was AMAZING. So kind and so nice. They kept my room updated with clean towels and tp! The pool was checked constantly for levels. The room was clean and was nice. We arrived with clean sheets! Snd it was already cold in there m. It made unloading the car bearable.

Seen a few bugs.

I loved the location. The facilities weren't too bad. TV was a little messed up and there was no water pressure. Having a stove and fridge was nice but a microwave would have been good too. The staff kept clean towels and toiletries and were really nice. Room was cozy and clean, mostly.

Water pressure, TV , not enough outlets and there was lights out.
