This was a great stay, the room looked exactly like the photo, have in mind that these double rooms / King rooms do not have a stove. The microwave was very clean and the fridge had a working cold temperature. Great view and spacious room, large space in between the beds. The staff was also friendly and helpful, the lobby overall was clean and was a positive atmosphere (:

The parking was awful! This hotel is definitely not large car friendly, this includes any large SUV or lifted truck etc. The bottom parking is very low clearance (6ft 4in) and the top parking deck is very tight and has a sharp turn at the top when getting into the parking lot, very hard for large vehicles. They have another parking deck about a block down but it is exactly the same with the clearance and is about a 2-3 min walk from the hotel. It was also noticeable the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, especially the corners of the shower. The room also needed sweeping but wasn’t as bad, I noticed most of the trash was swept under the bed unfortunately. But overall not too bad always carry your Clorox wipes !

The manager Ruth Adams and the receptionist at the front desk. Simone. They reacted quickly and got me taken care of with a ride to the airport. They were all about customer service and at that moment that's exactly what I needed.

Two things bothered me. First you advertised this resort with a free airport shuttle which was a deciding factor for me. Guess what? No they didn't have a free shuttle. The manager offered to come to work at 5:30 AM to pick me up and drive me to the airport. The other issue is the water in the shower never got even warm. So, no shower before my travel day. Not at all happy about that. I really cant stand false advertising and that's what you did. I will not use Bookings.com again and I will caution my friends and family about the inconsistencies of your advertisements.

Excellent location on the beach. The view from our room was amazing. Beachfront and able to watch the waves. The the room size was great.

Entering the front of the hotel was difficult to bring luggage inside because the bottom of the door frame. My mother tripped on it coming inside. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, had to pull the plug out to drain and it was filled with hair. Refrigerator had a high pitch squeal which was disturbing especially at night. Shower head was loose.

Our stay was very pleasant for the most part. We were surprised by the size of the rooms. We greatly enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed the style and layout of the bathroom. We enjoyed the larger TV screen in the room. The staff was very friendly and very informative.

The only real complaint we would have: the pillows were very small and there were no chairs in the room to sit down.

Breakfast was not offered. The room was clean the beds were comfortable. I was looking for 3full size beds beds got it. There was hot food next door. And small store acrstreet came in handy

Having a full length mirror , the exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work at all. But the water pressure was great. The full size refrigerator worked great. I had my 2 18 year granddaughters with me. So having 3 separate full beds was such a plus. Wish I could have made my room darker and had blanket in room. I know it’s summer but the spread was thin like a sheet. Oh the elevator was definitely a wait.

The location is nice and it was clean.

All of the places we have stayed in at Myrtle beach always let us in an hour or two early if our room was ready. Here we were an hour early, our room was ready and they said we could check in early for an additional 60$. I felt like we had already paid enough for our room and wasn’t paying any more so we waited out on the beach in the rain. Still nice, but thought it was a little petty asking for more money. There is a lot of competition up that beach for that kind of thing.

All the people around us was smoking, so we couldn’t enjoy our patio.

I really liked that the rooms were renovated, and I loved that the hotel added a bar next to the pool. The hallways were very clean, and the hotel staff were quite friendly. It's definitely a place I can recommend and would visit again on my next vacation next year.

The only thing I didn't like, which is more of a suggestion, is that there wasn't any food available at the bar. I would have liked to have some snacks to accompany the drinks. Additionally, the drink prices were quite high; I paid $49 for a bucket margarita of about 600 ml.

Loved the view of the ocean from the room. It was very roomy. Liked having two rooms with a bed in each. Separate air conditioning. Loved the large refrigerator. I asked for a chair and they did bring one up but not a very comfortable chair.

You don't serve breakfast on off season. It would have been nice to know before we got there. You had no couch or chair to sit in, only 4 hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels, gave us an iron but no ironing board. Had a little trouble figuring out remote control but that is probably not your fault. Just us older people.
