Then location was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast options were plentiful.

I didn't like that the website didn't mention the hotel was under major expansion construction which severly impacted the use of the indoor pools/jacuzzis. This one of the main reasons I selected this hotel due to the indoor options considering the weather would be on the chilly side.

That they listen when I said that I wanted a ocean view and it was simply amazing and there staff was very professional and very helpful and very informative and very friendly the breakfast was good and the location is great to go out and eat very good time

If I had to say the thing that I didn't like in the whole trip is that we need to be informed about the parking situation and that you have to pay for your parking that's the one thing that I would say that I didn't like and if that can be communicated before you book your stay or better yet it really needs to be put in with the booking if possible

The location was fantastic. Direct beach access and a varied selection of pools of different temperatures for after was amazing. The in-lobby restaurant was the best food we had all trip. The pricing was reasonable for the area too. Breakfast was the same as any Hampton... Not the most amazing, but lots of selection and reliable.

My room was never refreshed. They fixed the running toilet immediately, but then no one came to my room during my stay to take trash or change linens. They did provide fresh towels upon request. We were there for four nights.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options — omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, breakfast meats, pastries, etc. It was located near the main lobby and allowed for plenty of room to maneuver. Plenty of seating. Room was large and roomy. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Tristan at the front desk was awesome! Check-in was a breeze and no hassles. Cannot speak for the pools as it was February when we visited. Would definitely recommend and will be back. They allow pets and that’s a big plus for us. The pet fee is fair.

Ease of parking and checking in. Very friendly staff! (Shout out to John for being awesome!) Great restaurant. Several pools. Great view. Right on the beach. Allowed pets. Air conditioning nice and cool! Shower nice and hot. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Loved that they offered fresh, hot coffee in the lobby all day!

No outdoor bar while we were there. Missed opportunity for sure.

Loved the hotel. Great location! Beautiful views. Even during prime vacation season the beach and pools were not super crowded.

The laundry machines were broken on the two closest floors. The ice machine was also broken on the closest floors. Breakfast was so overwhelmed that if you didn’t get up at 6:00 AM for food, there was literally nothing there. When they’d attempt to restock it, the food was gone with two minutes because there was a line of people waiting over 20 minutes amongst bare shelves.

I like how clean and comfortable the room we were in was. They even upgraded us! I loved the customer service, the kindness and generosity. Breakfast was good, there were eggs, sausage, potatoes , waffles, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bread, pastries, muffins, fruits and yogurts, but wish I saw bacon while I was there 😂 Coffee was great! The jacuzzi was awesome! And loved that they are pet friendly, I believe the pet fee was $75 for 4 days in total.

I felt that the price was way too high, parking was great, but they do charge $15 a night. I didn't like that the pool was too cold, but it wasn't a total deal breaker.

My kids loved the access to the beach and the varies pools. The room was comfortable and clean and we had an amazing view of the beach.

I didn't like that there were so many pets on the premises. My son is allergic to dogs and having them in the same elevator as him was a problem. Even if they were not in the elevator with us, the smell of them lingered in the elevator. Every time my son went into the elevator he had issues. Maybe you can create a pet only elevator to make it better for those with allergies. Also, pet only rooms. Dander lingers in rugs no matter how many times you vacuum. As a matter of fact, vacuuming makes the dander go into the air.

You have to pay for parking. $15 a day. This wasn’t mentioned in my booking or part of my booking total. I didn’t see anything on the website about having to pay for parking. The breakfast area gets crowded QUICK. The staff had trouble keeping up with having food and coffee ready for the amount of people that came for breakfast every morning. Our door to our room was also really really hard to open I’m not sure if it wasn’t aligned right or if they had recently painted the door frame but you had to use a decent amount of force to get the door open after scanning your card
