Pools were large and clean. Nice size spa pools. Room was very clean and contained everything in the listing. Staff was friendly. Woman at check in was very nice and helpful. Staff not overly strict on the kids in the pool area, but would enforce rules if problems arose. Loved the layout of the condo. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. The condo was very clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Maintenance resolved our air conditioning problem in literally under 20 minutes from being notified. Staff did work hard to fill main pool even though there was a pump problem.

Room was not ready at 4:00 check in time. Lazy river was down the same day the main pool was down, which was on our first day of stay.

The location was perfect! I was happy to see there was a kiddie pool for my two year old.

The only complaint was that in the two bedroom condo I stayed in, only one of the two showers had hot water. If the min bathroom has hot water in the shower then the other bathroom wouldn't have hot water in the shower and vica versa. Other than that I would definitely be staying again!

I loved the room set-up, loved the pools and tiki hut! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very convenient access to the beach too!

I didn’t love the fact that 1/3 of the people at the pool/hot tub were from another resort and when I asked about it I was told that Paradise is a sister resort of Compass Cove. Then was told that they could use all of the amenities at Paradise but we could not use the amenities at Compass Cove. If both resorts are owned by the same person, both should get the same treatment.

I liked everything from the kind and helpful staff ms. Janet who works up front in office made us feel welcome soon as we came in office told us if we needed anything be sure to reach out as well as our advisor Ivy who checked on us everyday incase we needed anything at all. I liked the pools they were perfect for kids and adults had a 3ft part and also a 5ft part for adults and hot tubs were good and relaxing also tiki bar was good to have near pools if u wanted a drink and also a beautiful view of the beach from our condo balcony especially at sunset it was an experience I'll never forget and it won't be my last at paradise resort😁👍

Everything. The room was beautiful. We had two -2 bedroom suites. We had a mini family reunion. 5 from New york, 2 from North Carolina, and 2 from Mississippi. It was great. My sister and her kids had a room on the 15th floor, and we had one on the 7th. It was great that my dad (ny) and his sister(Mississippi) got to stay in the same suite and spend so much time together. My parents and my aunt and uncle were on the balcony most of the time . They all miss the view and sounds of the waves!!

Everything was great. This was by far the nicest hotel we ever stayed in.

The apartment setting was great for us. We had a family reunion and it was large enough to accommodate us all. We were able to eat in together and save some money while we visited with all 3 families. The room was large enough that we weren't all in a tight wade and crowded. There were 3 children and 6 adults. The room was also provided with a washing machine so we didn't have to pack too many clothes for the whole time. Especially with little ones. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies so we didn't have to bring too many things. The double balcony was nice, everyone could sit outside and watch the waves and the people.

I liked how Paradise Resort was more like a friend than a hotel. Even with their AI text service I was really impressed with everything about Paradise Resort. For some services when you give them a number they will text you with random, unhelpful and uncoordinated messages. Not Paradise Hotel. Their staff, and even their concierge style AI was perfectly mannered. Both were helpful, informed, responsive, and present without being overbearing or annoyingly so.

The room that I was given was directly above their Air Conditioning Units and it could be a little loud if the patio door was open. That being said this could be strategic to get guests out of their room and into the world. Either way it was not audible with the patio door closed and a minor inconvenience. I would like to see them place a barrier around the units to prevent an accidental encounter with a guest as there were electrical panels. Another concern I had was a used cooking oil receptacle that did not have a lock that I could see or a barrier around it to prevent accidental interaction with a guest. I would like to see the hotel take measures to prevent guests from being able to access accidentally the AC units and the Oil receptacle for safety reasons.
