The rooms were clean and well designed. The TV had many channel options.

The breakfast was abysmal. There were no protein foods such as eggs. There was no hot water (or cold water) to use for the dehydrated cereals (oatmeal and grits) offered. We had to go into the ‘employee only’ area to get water to use to make oatmeal. When we asked an employee for water for our water bottles, he said there was bottled water for sale or we could use the tap water in our room. Only healthy food items available were bananas and apples.

The location was convenient to the freeway. The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The room was a good size for my family of five. It was very clean, including the pool area.

The breakfast was lacking. The options available were yogurt, bagel or toast, cereal and pancakes. Although, the machine made a mini pancake. We ended up eating breakfast at a restaurant each morning.

The room was spacious, as we were traveling with 2 large dogs. They placed us in the room nearest the exit door to the pet area, which was nice during the night.

The breakfast was meh. The only hot item was pancakes. The pet fee was $30 for one pet and $20 for the second pet. I think $50 for 2 pets for an overnight stay is too high. I travel this route twice a year, and unfortunately, due to the high pet fee, I won't be staying again.

The rooms were very clean and we had rooms across the hallway from each other. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pancake machine.

When we arrived, we were told Booking.com had cancelled our second room. No one could understand why, but the staff quickly solved the problem and we enjoyed 2 rooms as requested.

Pets, This area seems to cater to Dogs. Trying to avoid area. We did not like dogs walking thru breakfast area. I think it great if you love your pet at your home. Most are a nuisance to others in public.

There were several big grassy areas around the hotel to walk my dogs. I got a 1st floor room which is easier with dogs. The staff were so welcoming and pleasant and petted my dogs and chatted with me. Very nice after driving alone all day!

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, close to highway, well lite parking lot.

When booking online, I listed traveling with a pet. When arriving, they didn't have a pet room available. I had to pay an extra cleaning fee on top of a pet fee for a non-pet room.

Walking into the hotel we were immediately greeted by smiling faces and a clean lobby! The location was perfect right off the highway. We needed extra towels and all it took was us walking into the lobby. We were immediately asked if we needed anything and the woman brought us the extra towels right away.

They place felt cozy, people was very nice that worked there.

My room was nice and clean except for the toilet. I didn't make a stink about it I just went to the front desk and explained. The lady went right upstairs and cleaned it right away which I was very thankful.

My family and I stay at this hotel twice a year. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Mr and Mrs Patel are wonderful. The front desk staff and the housekeepers are customer service friendly.
