Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was well kept with fresh towels and a separate mirror and countertop just outside so two people could shower and get ready at the same time. Air conditioning worked very well. Location was just 10 minutes from Lake Kampeshka and close to grocery stores, department stores, gas/convenience stations, and several restaurants.

Lighting in the room was adequate but not as bright as I prefer.

Kinda neat and retro place. Dated but was kinda cool yet. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Was very quiet the night we stayed, but then again, looked like there was only about a dozen cars in the lot.

Breafast was poor. Coffee was cold, ran out of milk, and almost all the hot food. Nobody ever came to restock it the last hour. Neat place but will probably not stay there again because if that. Ramkota used to mean style and class. This one missed the mark.

We always pick it as our group goes annually for the car show, big parking lot for us to hang out in. This is the first year I used the hot tub and pool which I liked! Loved the hot continental breakfast, it was kept stocked up until shutdown. So these amenities were worth our $ spent.

Bed was not very comfortable would love a pillow top mattress.

The breakfast was good and the staff was great. Appreciated the Service - especially the smiles. The staff responded to questions and provided a map for you to find our venue.

There was no restaurant/bar, or arcade like it said! My son also thought it was creepy because the walk to our room was really dark.

I had dinner in the restaurant which was quite good. It was nice after a long travel day to be able to grab dinner in the hotel and not have to go elsewhere. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety.

Television service could be better. I think the service was cable or satellite which didn't have a good variety of movie channels.

Rooms were clean and neat. Hall ways were unclutter and Lounge was nice. Breakfast was up good. Large selection.
