Breakfast was excellent. The lady making the food and cleaning was excellent. The clerk's name was Nicole he was very thorough. Helpful and explained things to us, we were attending a funeral, and she gave exact directions to the church. She had a radiant smile and made us feel very comfortable. We will stay here again when we come to Watertown.

Everything was good. I did take a tumble when walking to our car and took a tumble. Nicole got us bandages for both my husband and me. We are both fine, just need to heal.

Staff were all very friendly, the hotel is clean - VERY clean. It appears this hotel actually cares about it's upkeep and appearance. We travel frequently and this place is the best we've stayed at in more than a year. If you're in Watertown do not hesitate to book here, you will be pleasantly surprised. It was so clean we hardly remember the breakfast, it was fine also.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety of hot and cold options. Staff went above and beyond, calling us as soon as they found we had left something important in the room after check-out.

Can’t say anything negative about our stay. Clean, comfortable, set up well. Breakfast good with the usual options. Very good value for the money.

We would prefer if the carpets were replaced by laminate (or similar), but the carpets were clean so not such an issue.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the yummy cookie on arrival. Fair price and not far from restaurants and shops. Close to highway but room was quiet.

Good selection. Great coffee. Table arrangement accommodated family, couple and single guests.

The dining room was cold so the scrambled eggs had no chance. Also, food waste was spilled on the floor by the trash can.

The hotel was located right off of the interstate which was very convenient. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Someone had clearly smoked in the room recently so it smelled like cigarette smoke. I understand that it is hard to get that smell out of things, so I don’t totally fault the hotel staff for that.

Staff was very helpful. I put the wrong dates in, and they were very helpful in changing the dates. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and fresh bakery goods and breads. Would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was fine. Pool refreshing. There were 6 of us in two adjacent rooms rooms. Table in room adequate to play table games with chairs/bed. Front desk a.m and p.m. very nice.

On a road trip, this was a good locale for an overnight - simple, affordable, pleasant. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional.

Disposable dishes/cutlery at breakfast - too much plastic. And the coffee could be stronger.
