I like where the hotel was located. It was close to the friends we was visiting. I also liked it was pet friendly since we rescued a dog.

Right the only thing we didn't like is the toliet in the bathroom. It was short especially when you have knee problems. Another issue that had to be on the first floor because of having a dog and all the rooms are non smoking.

Third time staying here, it’s always good. Good air, comfortable beds, hot shower. Everything is clean. Breakfast is nicer than some others. You can have make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, toast, juice and coffee, cereal.

Tub faucet couldn’t turn off while showering so water was coming out of the spout and shower head which made for a very loud shower and lack of water pressure.

It's a great idea to have a separate section for pet owners. We were traveling with a puppy and the lack of carpet in the room was great. No one minded a little barking and everyone staying in the section was very friendly and supportive. Staff were very friendly and room and facility better than expected.

Lighting. With the LEDs the rooms are so dark. Not the hotels fault, really, but it was consistently the most annoying thing on our 10-day trip.

The bed was very comfy, and room was very clean

There were cosmetic flaws, like patches of primer paint on walls, toilet seat had seen better days, chipped finish on the tub, etc. However, there was a sign stating that they are under renovation and apologizing for their appearance, so I assume these are all temporary things that are about to be fixed. Nothing that would prevent me from staying here in the future.

It was only 20min from my daughter's wedding venue. The pillows were amazing. Employees were very nice, even helped me figure out ways home other than interstate

The staircase is scary, even during the day. The a/c wasn't completely up to par, but turn it down low enough and was ok. Hard to get a comfy temp.

Easy to find

It took almost 2 hours to get our room because we had problems with booking com but they got it straightened out that night finally went ahead and put us in our rooms after 2 hours

The location of the hotel was minutes from where we needed to be. The comfort of the beds were great. The size of the rooms were excellent. The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants.

Everything was good.

Staff was polite and the room was comfortable. A concern took place at the property, unrelated to our stay and of no fault of anyone affiliated with the facility, and was handled appropriately and promptly.

My room was by the highway so it was a little noisy. And the air conditioner in the hallway also made this rattling noise all night long. Huge dent in the exterior wall of my room
