Everything was nice from start to finish. it was so welcome and pleasant. we really enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit again. Room was very nice . Front desk was wonderful. Smile and laugh with us. great place to stay with good rates

would like to see more breakfast item on the menu.

The rooms were remodeled since the other time we had stayed there. It was very clean and comfortable.

There was no coffee pot in the room. When we initially checked in, we had reserved for two nights but our keys only worked for the first. We needed them reprogrammed

The staff is GREAT!

There's Nothing we didn't like, we LOVE this location! However if I could make a suggestion, Better shower heads would be a definite major improvement that would make this location even better...

it’s nice and clean

i looked for a room that had breakfast included so I could get on the road without stopping. so I purchased this room that said breakfast included. it did not offer breakfast or any kind of snack. they did offer coffee. so that is a little frustrating. if u don’t offer it don’t advertise it. many hotels do this now and blame it on covid. other than that great hotel. i do plan on staying here on my future trips because it’s halfway to where I have to travel

Room was nice & clean. Maid service is honest & helpful. My sister left her cellphone behind and the maid service found it & turned it in.

Wasn't advised of the charge for pet until after I checked in.

I wouldn't call that a breakfast. A sweet roll wrapped in a bag and weak coffee is not breakfast

The floors were filthy. Happily the rest of the room was clean.

Privacy but police sit outside in parking lot about all night

The bed was comfortable, room was comfortable, the shower never got cold on me which was great. Nice little refrigerator. Nice the room had a microwave, even though we didn't need to use it. Someone stopped by everyday and restocked and grabbed any dirty towels and grabbed trash. We came down for Bristol night race, visit my dad, and do a couple things in Pigeon Forge, we overall enjoyed our stay, loved the convenience of a decent restaurant right behind our room, and other restaurants near by. We'll be back at this hotel again, minor things we didn't like won't deter us from returning

Wish we could have parked in front of our hotel room, everyday someone else would park right in front of our room, so we had to park next to the Bar and Grill. And the room floors were filthy, our feet got pretty dirty walking around. And then there was the people talking loudly right outside our door every night, late at night.

We came up to Baja Ron's performance for a Can Am Spider/ Ryker bike rally we had a blast and our first poker run!
