The staff exceeded expectation! The manager met me at the door as I entered the property after checking in, walked me to my room and showed me how to operate the TV and air conditioner. Although I stayed during the week, the facility was full. I was surprised at the lack of noise. I did experience some issues during my stay but they were handled very quickly and the front desk attendant even called me as I was out to update me on the progress. I was surprised to see the manager taking care of some of the problems himself. The bed was comfortable. I did not eat breakfast, but what was provided seemed adequate. Although I do have some negative feedback, the positive definitely outweighs it.

The temperature of the hot water was above scald level, which I found when I turned the shower faucet the wrong way. This is dangerous and could cause significant injury if a person could not act quickly enough to remove themselves from the water spray. Although I did not blister, the affected areas of my body remained red and tender for a couple of hours. I did tell the front desk attendant about it upon checking out and she was very receptive to the issue. I would also recommend a second grab bar on the outside of the tub behind the door. The one inside the tub was not well positioned.

The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was not having an elevator, but we gladly got a room downstairs.

Everything about the property was so nice and we enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was really friendly it was very clean will stay again in the future

Grishma, upon our arrival, greeted us with a super friendly greeting and made us feel very welcome during our whole stay! The hotel was a great value. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and super convenient.

Not sure how old the property is BUT it could use a bit of updating. But other than that, it was great!

The room was clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Shower didn't work properly. For the location and accommodations it was a little pricey. There are really no amenities to speak of.
