The room was very nice and clean.

I made a reservation through booking.com but they didn't have my reservation at the hotel when I arrived. this was the only issue that I had when I arrived at the hotel. I had my confirmation number from booking.com showing where I had confirmed my booking so hopefully in the future they'll be able to get it together when making reservations.

I accidentally reserved my room under my maiden name, and have made that mistake in the past at different hotels and it turn into a huge issue for me to verify I am who I am before they let me get a room, but the lady that checked me in was so nice and got me into a room in no time.

The folks who run the hotel are very nice. Honestly this was amazing stay. The room was clean, everything worked.

Everything was great. The toilet had a slight leak but I tightened it up, myself and it stopped leaking

It was a very nice place to spend a night for what it cost. It's close enough to Sevierville without all the hassle of the crowds when going down for a day.

There was no coffee pot in the room.

Place was great.. Just came in for a day to look at real estate.. The AC was fantastic. Sheets and linens were very nice and the water pressure in the shower was great.. If I come into town again that will be my go to place !!!

I really had no problems with my stay.. Pulled right up to the room , unloaded my baggage...Everything was as it should be..

The room was clean The King bed was clean and comfortable. Location was good being near the major highway. Will stay here again.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly

The room was not very clean. Sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed but reused.

The bed was to hard nd uncomfortable nd they was trash behind the table nd bed.
