Everything to the clean rooms staff and breakfast were amazing! We did not use the pool or the fitness center but we checked both places and they were both clean! We will definitely be back due to all the amenities, amazing breakfast options & you all have fantastic staff! We will make this a priority to come back to you all when we need to stay in Morristown again for our Trail Runs at Panther Creek State Park!

Beds were great. Breakfast was great.

Pool was miserably warm, for an indoor pool. It was like there was like hot air circulating. Highly suggest they open, The sliding windows in the morning when the air is cool. Was one of the reasons we booked, and didn't get to enjoy it.

I expected to have a mini safe, hot water jug in the room but did not see any. Breakfast needs a bit more variety in terms of the menu spread as I was here for 1 week and it was the same menu.

Had to wait a while. No one at front desk. We even called the front desk and no answer. She finally came to front desk and apologize. She said she was on 2nd floor vacuuming up ladybugs. In a room someone complained about.

Very good breakfast with the option of turkey sausage which is important because I do not eat pork. The pool is heated, which is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is very clean.

Pretty much everything. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Nice tv and a fridge with a freezer. It was a great hotel.

Only con was the price. We stayed for 5 nights. After taxes we were looking at over $200 per night. Pretty expensive hotel for a smaller town like Morristown.

Conveniently located and will stay there again as the need arises. Staff was very nice and helpful and the check in process was quick and easy. Thanks,

The actual beds could be more comfortable, they were somewhat old and I thought too hard.

Breakfast was very good the rooms were clean . Whether this was just me or something with the facility I am unsure but it didn't feel as warm and cozy as it could

Was to late in the a.m. and I wanted to leave early. Had to travel 8 hours North to get home.

Late breakfast. Wanted to get some coffee anyway and they were gone and no snacks either.

it was conveniently by the highway. Facility was clean and felt safe. Well lit parking areas. Good breakfast and nice staff.
