Love the location and the cleanliness! Employees have always been exceptional until this visit

Traveling with my service dog, I have NEVER had an issue until one employee named Nex literally came at both my husband and I over my dog. I was told I would be charged and the other employee shouldn't have left us in !!! Mind you, we literally just came from Virginia Hampton Inn and no issues. She was down right nasty to the point of I said I need to walk away from you and I wanted to speak with someone higher up. I was told nobody was available on the weekend! The next morning the gentleman working apologized up and down, I was not charged. Every employee until this point were exceptional and loved our girl. I did a follow-up email and never heard a thing. Very sad...

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family in the area. Although they were doing some construction (along with hammering, drilling and many other noises), that started around the time we normally wake. It was not a problem to us. The room is very clean, smells fresh and the bathroom is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel. We take our own shampoo and body wash so we can't comment on the ones they provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We recognized several from prior visits.

We like strong coffee and they didn't have it. The breakfast buffet was good but their sausage patties were a bit rubbery. I wish they would source their sausage from Swaggerty's, a major producer just a few miles from them. Even in Delaware, we buy that sausage which is sold across much of the USA.

Convenient location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, indoor pool was wonderful

None of this would prevent us from staying again, but, there are a few things…Indoor pool concrete is extremely slippery. The bedspread half-duvets are awful to sleep with. They come off half way through the night. The furniture is dated. The pullout bed in the loveseat was so completely unusable that our 3-yr old opted to just sleep on the floor if he rolled off the couch.

The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. There was an issue with the type of room we received and the front desk went above and beyond to fix the issue.

The hot tub is way too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. We booked this room because this hotel had a hot tub. When we went down to the pool/hot tub area, hoping to relax, there were 3 adults using it and not much space left. If we had gotten in, we would have been sitting g elbow to elbow -no thanks. So, we didn’t even go through the door.

The breakfast was better than most hotels serve. Each morning, we had eggs, a meat, a variety of potatoes, several kinds of waffles, fruits, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, and several kinds of juice and milk.

The hotel was busy because of several special events going on like a Bass Masters tournament and family visitation for potential new students at nearby Carson-Newman College. I'm sure the hotel raised its prices because of this big demand.

Everything was amazing! Breakfast was outstanding! Excellent variety of food! Breakfast was open until late which is good for me and my family. We are not early risers. The pool was open late as well. Very nice stay! Comfortable beds and clean rooms! Cozy!

It was wonderful I was not feeling well upon arrival at hotel motion sickness my husband went down to desk to get a drink and ice very nice older lady gave him crackers from her starch I appreciate that kindness and Gina was wonderful very friendly you have great staff there you need to appreciate them in this day and time very hard to come by !!!!

All the facilities was really clean, the halls, elevator, breakfast area, bedroom and bathroom. The lobby was clean meanwhile they have a close and very protected an area under remodeling. The staff was very nice and attentive. The facilities is pet friendly but all facilities was very clean and smelling clean. I recommend this facility 100%. My own personal experience was really good.

We liked the breakfast and the rooms were very comfortable. The parking was easy to get in and out of. There was construction on the lower level but we were gone most of the day, so we didn't hear them.

We don't have anything to complain about. The staff was very helpful when we need it.

Nice place and friendly staff. Upon check out we decided to purchase a bottle water and mello yellow. Did not expect to pay over $5.00 plus for these items. We feel this could be a little cheaper and the staff person on duty could not give us a receipt because she said it was under "multiple" . Not sure what that meant. My husband was not comfort with that. Thank you
