There was a very unpleasant odor in the room upon entry ( animal). We had to purchase deodorizers to place around the room to negate the smell. The remodeled room was very nice, except we noticed the carpet had not been replaced. That would have been lovely to complete the renovation, and remove the old odors that had accumulated. There was also a continuous noise, sounded like a bubbling overhead -but it was quite distracting. Not to mention that we could hear every word & movement from the next unit! Insulating the rooms to cut down on utilities & allow privacy would be very appreciated!

Stephanie was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and orderly. There was a variety of breakfast options that the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and did not have such a pleasant stay. I will use Best Western from now on when visiting family in Newport Tn.

the entrance to the office was a little difficult to find. I missed it when we entered the drive and circled the building for several minutes before asking someone where it was. I thought the office was a pizza parlor or the Bar and was attached.

The breakfast was amazing, Randy was extremely nice. Stephanie checked us in, very nice and quick. The rooms were clean, minus bugs stuck to the ceiling (room 206). The rooms were sound proof also! Took a little over an hour to Pigeon Forge which was nice.

The elevator was on the opposite side of the building, make it hard to bring things back and forth with little toddlers. We did see a roach outside on the sidewalk by room 104 but none in our room. Multiple people missing the sign for the hotel coming off the exit.

I liked the gym the pool and breakfast. Yum, Yum.

The nasty couple in the pool area. The man was wearing his underwear and made out with his wife in the hot tub, which kept our group from using it for the rest of our stay. I guess you can't screen your guest. This one had been kicked out of the quality inn across the street.

I was worried prior to arrival. We were running late due to traffic. But was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lady at the front office was super friendly, understanding and helpful. The room was amazing! I do recommend getting to the free breakfast early but it was great! I would definitely recommend this establishment!!!

The only complaints that I could come up with is the pillows are very small but you do get 4 per bed. And they need to place more coffee in the room. Neither of which are terrible concerns.

I believe i spoke with Jennifer on my way to the hotel to confirm that i would be pretty late getting in and i wanted to make sure that was ok. She told me it would be just fine. Then when i did arrive she was so happy and kind when she checked me in! In the morning during breakfast, your whole staff was kind!

We missed the breakfast; we needed a fast start. I had been looking forward to it. Location was awesome. We had a beautiful room, clean, very attractive and all the things we could have needed!!!

I think a little better signage to indicate the check-in would be great. It was raining hard upon arrival and that could have thrown me off.

Wonderful front desk clerk, Stephanie. It was late, she had a line of people, some without reservations. She acknowledged all there and was extremely friendly and helpful to each of us. Went above and beyond to assist. My daughter and I were traveling from her college on our way home. We were exhausted, and she made everything very easy and was efficient. Thank you!

Tub drain was backed up. I meant to mention on checkout, but I guess having a 12 hr drive ahead of us, I forgot. Breakfast was okay. 1 small thing to add would be sausage in the gravy.

Everything ranging from cleanliness, comfort, car parking, to free breakfast was excellent!

One thing I did not like was that even though we were in the non-smoking area (all the rooms next to us were non-smoking), one person whose room was next to the elevator kept smoking. We had to pass by the person's room every time we had to come in or go out.

Considering that we stayed during thanksgiving holiday the rates were great. The building is older but the property is very well maintained

If I have a negative remark on anything it would be the beds were not a 10/10 but keeping in mind it’s a hotel at a extremely reasonable price, it was perfect
