The coffee was good, the room was clean but the towels had blackmarks on them and there was only one face cloth, the shower curtain was clean but had unsightly smudges of paint, obviously from the paint in the bathroom. The bed comfortable. We saw no bugs. The room had obvious signs of break in attempt(s) as was evident by the bent steel around the deadbolt and handle. While the door closed and locked securely, it was clearly bent as there light streaming in down the side of ther lower half and underneath the door - which had a fill half inch gap under it!

There were several loud guests/voices directly outside our door from about 10:30 P.M. to after 1:30 a.m. We eventually decided to call the front desk only to discover that the phone in the room did not work. We took one of the towels to the front desk and told the young lady about the noise level. She apologized like a school girl and just stared at us. I asked her if she was going to document our concerns and she said yes but never made a move to do so in our presence.

Good tv selection, comfortable, clean room, smoking rooms available. Right off I-81, very convenient to where we needed to be. Pretty quiet considering.

I had reserved a king room on the first floor but had reserved late. When we arrived they only had double rooms on the first floor, (I am disabled and can't do stairs). The double beds were full size and were very uncomfortable for my fiance' and I, as we are use to a queen or king.

Conveniently located. Easy to get to and from. Definitely loved having a Taco Bell next door.

Felt a little grimy. Was a smell the second night there, not sure if it was the air conditioner or someone smoking weed

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good!

There was no interior corridor to get from our room at the back of the facility to the front desk and breakfast. It was a very rainy time, so it was uncomfortable moving back and forth.

Room was a nice size, and very comfortable.

While breakfast was decent, I wish they had breakfast like they had pre-covid. My key wouldn't work on the last morning and I had to go back to the front desk twice to get reprogrammed. Staff seemed a little out of it and not seemed to understand.

Everything except heat was turned off upon arrival at 8 pm Very cold room.

It was about 15 degrees outside when we arrived about 8 pm. Room heater was turned off and room was very cold.

Location was awesome. Service was awesome. Price was phenomenal! And we had no problems at all! I would strongly recommend this place.

Could not get wash clothes when we needed more. Maids could not communicate with us very well. One man on desk couldn't seem to understand what we needed. Otherwise good

I was in town for psycho nitro blast race it’s a good place to rest and take a break or just sleep for the night. no disturbs can hear the traffic from the interstate every now and then but good overall.
