The place is affordable and meets the need for a restful night, in a clean and safe place. The room didn’t have the musty smell that I have found in other places in the same category. It smelled clean and fresh. I was on a road trip and after spending one night on the way to my destination, I appreciated it enough to book a night on my way back home too.

For the type of lodging that it is, it’s great! Maybe more options for breakfast would be nice, but I wouldn’t want to sacrifice the affordability of the lodging for a better breakfast.

We had to stay at motel while construction was going on in our house, and we found this motel and was very happy with it as well. Owners went out of there way to make sure our baby had juice and milk after breakfast hours not alot of people would do that at all but this man did and we appreciate it very much as well. We will always stay here if we need a place to stay at again bc everyone was nice n very friendly.

The owners was very friendly and went out of there way to make sure we got juice, milk, and dry cereal for our baby. Very good people and will stay again in the future if need to be. We had to stay due to construction being done on our house and we had to find a place to go and went here and totally happy with that decision as well.

No a thing I could think of, everything worked out perfect for our little family

the lady who was at the front desk let us check in early she was so polite the bathroom was really clean and the bed was so comfortable to sleep on, we stay here everytime we come to tenn we all so were able to bring our puppy

there was pieces of bread that was stale behind the bed my puppy got one and could have chocked we found several, housekeeping needs to clean behind the bed

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They accommodated me quickly when the first room was not having a working air conditioner.

It seemed as though that the furniture was extremely worn out and damaged looking. It didn't affect my stay, however, I would have hoped that it would not look so dated. Other than that, nothing else bothered me.

AC unit constantly make noise during the night and came off/on multiple times make it hard to sleep without being a awakened. Breakfast was almost nothing there. Needs more items and selections. We are aware of the destruction recently and decrease in tourists and travelers due to traffic problems and challenges and decrease in revenues.

Bed was so comfortable for me and I'm picky about that. Room was clean and great for overnight lodging. Bathroom was very clean and lighting was very good.

Pool was extremely small and needed to be cleaned as it has bugs and candy wrapper in it and sediment on bottom but not gross. Someone promptly cleaned it when I made a comment about it, which I greatly appreciated. Rooms are a little dark but all lights worked.

It’s very affordable when your in a pinch. For 5 nights it was only $460. I was expecting it to be dirty. But it was clean and we didn’t have to deal with bugs.

Someone kept messing with our door during our stay and even stole our do not disturb sign. But the staff were very nice and gave us a new one.

The showers were absolutely amazing ….. my boyfriend almost never sleeps well at a hotel. He slept just like we were home.

The street lights made the room bright all night and I couldn’t close the curtains

The hotel was a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, nice staff and budget friendly. Great area, close to our family in town and restaurants. The lake was not far and beautiful. I would stay again.

I wouldnt say i didnt like it exactly but the carpet in the halls was kinda 70's, 80's retro and there wasn't any elevators. Fine for us cause we had small carry bags but someone with larger bags have to go up a flight of stairs to the second floor will be a challenge.
