Attractive property and area. Amazing view. Spread out and a lot of walking required.

Elevator located at end of hall rather than centralized. Place seemed spread out. Lots of walking compared to other places we stay. Parking lot awkwardly designed and parking inconvenient. Although warm breakfast scrambled eggs very powdery compared to other places we stay and not inspired at all. Staff not engaging and minimally friendly. Rooms adequate but dated. Bathroom too small. Sink counter too small. Facility awkward to get to with multiple turns in a short distance.

I loved the breakfast, hot an cold choices. The pool was fantastic. Room was very clean an staff was always nice an on point! I will always stay here if needed again an I will always recommend this hotel! The cookies an cappuccino machine in the lobby 24 hours was the perfect touch!

The only complaint I had was the elevator was broke the whole first day an I have trouble with stairs. But by the second morning it was fixed an no more problems.

The desk staff at check in was outstanding!! Your elevator wasn’t working and she asked me if I needed to have a room with no steps as the elevator wasn’t working. I am slightly handicapped and greatly appreciated that since I was traveling alone. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable!! Extremely well lit!!

Didn’t find anything that I didn’t like and that was rare

It was a GREAT location. We were there for my son’s graduation from the Police Academy. It was only a few miles away from the venue. It was clean and the staff were soooo friendly!

The ONLY problem we had was our neighbors had several children and they were running up and down the halls being VERY loud at 10 pm when we were trying to get to sleep. We didn’t complain and it wasn’t the hotels fault so it really can’t be a negative against the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable! The staff was so kind and the coffee availability was a surprising extra! The breakfast was very satisfying also! Will continue to use BW as our go to!!!!! I hope all of the BW are this comfortable and affordable!!!

Nothing I didn't like!!

Breakfast was good. One day I just had to grab something and run. Another day I was able to sit down and enjoy a full hot breakfast. Staff at breakfast area very nice and friendly. In accessible room, which had nice open bathroom. All around good experience.

At the cost per night and name, I expected the hotel itself to be a little nicer. The room could have been larger and the hallways nicer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good however, the potatoes were cold and rubbery.

Approaching the first floor door, I noticed on the bush to the right there were a pair of underwear becoming one with the bush. It looked like they have been there so long, the underwear was was deteriorating. The keyboard access getting into any of the doors wasn't operating and the door was duct taped so you could get in. This allowed anyone access into the main hallways.

Staff, Nice breakfast buffet and comfortable beds

Pool wasn’t open, locks on exterior doors were broken anyone could walk in day or night and air conditioner was very loud sounded like it was ready to break

It needs a coat of paint and some TLC. Please fix the card key entry security system on the doors. The blue tape doesn't look good.

The view from the room was great and the room was good. The staff was friendly and parking was available.

I used Booking.com and for the 2nd time, my reservation could not be found. I'm not sure if it's booking.com's fault or the system at the hotel, but nothing was found. I'm glad there were rooms available when I got there.
