This was my second time staying at Aiden Austin City Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience again. The hotel’s common areas are truly fantastic — the pool, hot tub, and foosball table create a fun and relaxing vibe. The espresso machine is a nice touch, and the cleanliness of the hotel is definitely a highlight. There's always parking available, and the location offers easy access to the highway, making it quick to get around the city. The room is well-equipped with a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, and iron, which I appreciated. The breakfast is definitely one of the best features — so good! And having the Japanese restaurant on-site is a huge plus — we had a great lunch there.

The room I stayed in this time definitely needs a renovation. It felt quite outdated, and the bathroom was extremely tight. I’d suggest they consider replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower to make better use of the space. Also, the shower itself wasn’t working properly — the water kept switching back to the faucet due to low pressure. The toilet flush lever was broken too, so we had to manually reset it after every use. Staff interactions were mixed — some were incredibly kind and welcoming, while others not so much. There’s room for improvement in consistency. Lastly, having a dedicated pet area would be a great addition for those of us traveling with dogs.

It was my first time visiting Austin I didn't want to stay in the downtown area but close to downtown. Aiden Austin Hotel has the flair of staying at a boutique hotel. The rooms are large. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. It's a hidden gem. The hotel has a huge Sushi restaurant. The surroundings are peaceful. The service was great. Raul and Joseph at the front desk were fantastic. They both provided amazing information on Austin. The staff services during breakfast were terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't have a car so getting to downtown you would have to catch a ride-share service. However, the hotel is close to public transportation. Be aware that the walk to the bus stop takes about 14 to 20 minutes. The walk can also be steep.

I traveled to take a test and I had a very good sleep before and after, the beds were very soft. Breakfast opened on time every day ready to serve, and it had enough options for a couple days. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby and it’s very tasty. Machi sushi was incredible, worth every penny. Very eccentric decor, very lovely stay. I had a very pleasant experience.

Parking is limited and it might be tight on weekends especially with the sushi restaurant but I did not have trouble finding a spot

Oh my goodness this place and staff were the best we have had in all of our travels anywhere at anytime...seriously...a booking fell through..and suddenly we had to find a place..this place was clean!..attentive reception staff..a phone call checking all as expected about an hour in maybe..never had that before..pool beautiful..great offerings for breakfast..highly recommend..thank you for the experience and not far from The Broken Spoke via Uber...!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aiden. The room is large enough for our travel gear etc. Bed is extremely comfortable. The bedside light was great,as you could read without disturbing others. Breakfast was quite large with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, waffles, egg & cheese biscuit sandwich, beverages, pastries etc. There is a free espresso, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate dispenser in lobby. Wish we had more time, as there is a great neighborhood nearby to explore. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to visit Austin again someday 😎

The pool and hot tub area were equal parts relaxing and fun for the kids! There was unique Austin-y decor throughout the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a ton of options!!

The PTAC unit for our room was a little loud. We also kept getting mosquitos in the room. It seemed like every time we came into the room, 2-3 mosquitos came in. They were also in the lobby area.

Location was within walking distance of central austin. Staff very efficient and friendly. Loved how safe the hotel was. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold buffet foods. Pool and hot tub very relaxing within nice setting. Overall was a lovely place to stay. Thanks.

Can't think of anything that needed improvement

Solid rooms, hot tub (!!!), and workout room. Stellar staff who genuinely care about people's comfort. The beds. Good grief the beds are so perfectly comfortable.

The queen rooms with outside entry doors have paper thin walls and practically zero insulation from sound and weather. There was a 3 mm gap in the entry door! I could hear neighbors snoring as well as cars folks outside. Literally every sound ever. After night 1, the folks at the front desk checked in with me via text and I explained the sound (and subsequent lack of sleep) predicament. They were so kind as to move me to a king sized room on the other side of the building! Game changer! I am very grateful they offered this upgrade as I would have been a miserable wreck had I been forced to withstand another noisy, sleepless night. Thank you!!

Room was cute, bed was comfortable. TV option with remote could be better. Breakfast was better than most continentals, much variety. Wish there was fresh brewed coffee. We liked the grab and go snack bags.

Water pressure was terrible. Showering was not enjoyable. Not enough lighting in the room. The air unit had to be reset several times as the compressor went out and didn't cool the room. Breakfast on weekends start too late so we didn't enjoy it Sat or Sun.

The location was amazing!! Only 5-7 min away from downtown, you don’t even have to get on the highway. The hotel was really nice, very homie! Hot tub was perfect. I had an exterior room, so my car was parked right outside my room which made my experience relaxing. Breakfast is complimentary, and it’s so good, the staff is also super super friendly!

Our key room was given to another person at check-in. So the person was able to open our door, while we were in there. We immediately cleared up the situation! But it was something we were concern after, given that had never happened before anywhere else.
