I traveled to take a test and I had a very good sleep before and after, the beds were very soft. Breakfast opened on time every day ready to serve, and it had enough options for a couple days. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby and it’s very tasty. Machi sushi was incredible, worth every penny. Very eccentric decor, very lovely stay. I had a very pleasant experience.

Parking is limited and it might be tight on weekends especially with the sushi restaurant but I did not have trouble finding a spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Aiden. The room is large enough for our travel gear etc. Bed is extremely comfortable. The bedside light was great,as you could read without disturbing others. Breakfast was quite large with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, waffles, egg & cheese biscuit sandwich, beverages, pastries etc. There is a free espresso, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate dispenser in lobby. Wish we had more time, as there is a great neighborhood nearby to explore. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to visit Austin again someday 😎

Solid rooms, hot tub (!!!), and workout room. Stellar staff who genuinely care about people's comfort. The beds. Good grief the beds are so perfectly comfortable.

The queen rooms with outside entry doors have paper thin walls and practically zero insulation from sound and weather. There was a 3 mm gap in the entry door! I could hear neighbors snoring as well as cars folks outside. Literally every sound ever. After night 1, the folks at the front desk checked in with me via text and I explained the sound (and subsequent lack of sleep) predicament. They were so kind as to move me to a king sized room on the other side of the building! Game changer! I am very grateful they offered this upgrade as I would have been a miserable wreck had I been forced to withstand another noisy, sleepless night. Thank you!!

Location was within walking distance of central austin. Staff very efficient and friendly. Loved how safe the hotel was. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold buffet foods. Pool and hot tub very relaxing within nice setting. Overall was a lovely place to stay. Thanks.

Can't think of anything that needed improvement

Room was cute, bed was comfortable. TV option with remote could be better. Breakfast was better than most continentals, much variety. Wish there was fresh brewed coffee. We liked the grab and go snack bags.

Water pressure was terrible. Showering was not enjoyable. Not enough lighting in the room. The air unit had to be reset several times as the compressor went out and didn't cool the room. Breakfast on weekends start too late so we didn't enjoy it Sat or Sun.

The location was amazing!! Only 5-7 min away from downtown, you don’t even have to get on the highway. The hotel was really nice, very homie! Hot tub was perfect. I had an exterior room, so my car was parked right outside my room which made my experience relaxing. Breakfast is complimentary, and it’s so good, the staff is also super super friendly!

Our key room was given to another person at check-in. So the person was able to open our door, while we were in there. We immediately cleared up the situation! But it was something we were concern after, given that had never happened before anywhere else.

Pool in the middle, modern style, good breakfast, lots of parking

Door don’t really let noise outside, close to the pool nice, but also loud, door to the pool is very loud in closing; we needed to move the beds due to toddler sleeping and it was very dirty from underneath the bed, cleaning was just available the other day, just vacuuming would have been sufficient…

This is the 4th year attending the ACL music fest and weve always stayed at the Aiden Hotel. The stay started a bit rocky but ended well. We had issues with the first 2 rooms but the manager quickly took care of us.

One of the rooms we had, had zero water pressure so we had to change rooms late in the evening. Wasnt crazy about the queen room because we usually reserve a king size but over all the stay was great.

Staff was exceptionally kind especially at my rather late check in. Design of the hotel was fun and quirky and although I did not partake in the swimming pool area it definitely looked like a neat place to lounge.

Facility layout is a bit strange, which is not the fault of anyone in particular but if you have limited mobility be sure to request a room closer to the lobby as there are a rather odd assortment of stairs to get to the back units. TV's could be upgraded but that's not a major issue either.

The place has a laidback funky vibe, but the staff is great and it’s a great value. It works, and that’s saying a lot these days.

The location can be problematic in some ways, but it’s worth it when you get used to it. Breakfast is not gourmet, but it’s breakfast and there’s a good variety and lots of it.
